Claims (5)
- 각 상(相)을 각 극별로 독립적으로 병렬로 권선이 권취되고 상호 연결 없이 각 권선 코일은 n개의 각 풀 H 브리지(full H bridge)에 연결되며 n개의 풀 H 브리지는 병렬로 직류 전원에 연결되며 n개의 다 상으로 구성된 고정자와, 여자 영역(exciting area)에 자속 집중이 되도록 필요한 극수로 구성되고 중앙에 회전축이 설치된 회전자와, 감지영역과 비감지 영역으로 구분 구성되고 축의 한 끝에 외부(external)형으로 구성된 정류 엔코더와, 각 상에 2개씩 설치되고 각 상의 하프 H 브리지에 연결되어 각 하프 H 브리지의 온/오프(ON/OFF)를 담당하는 광센서를 구비하여 이루어진 전동기를 이용한 발전장치에 있어서,상기 회전자는 다수의 공극이 형성된 판을 적층하여 구성되데, 적층된 판을 관통하여 다수의 막대형 강력 영구자석이 설치되고, 상기 정류 엔코더는 감지영역의 간격에 따라 n개의 상(相) 중에서 a(1<a≤n-1)개의 상이 여자되도록 a개의 광센서가 감지할 수 있게 감지영역의 간격을 구성되며, 상기 감지영역의 축 각도는 수식 1에 의하여 결정되고, 엔코더상의 감지영역의 수는 회전자의 극수/2에 의해 결정되며, 센서판 상의 각 광센서의 설치 간격은 수식 2에 의해 결정되어 n개의 상중에서 a 개의 상은 항시 여자되고 b(b=n-a)개의 상은 항시 여자되지 않게 구성하되,상기 고정자는 권선이 권취되는 권취용 구멍들 사이에는 간섭방지홈이 더 형성되고, 상기 권취용 구멍에는 유도 권선과 발전 권선이 교번 권취됨을 특징으로 하는 무변출력 무정류자 직류전동기를 이용한 발전장치.수식 1수식 2
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정자에 감긴 권선을 발전 권선으로 하여 전원 인출선을 설치하고, 상기 회전자의 중심에 설치된 회전축에 동력원을 설치하여 회전자를 회전시킬 수 있도록하여 회전자의 회전에 의해 발생되는 유도 전류가 상기 발전 권선에 연결된 전원 인출선으로 인출되게 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 무변출력 무정류자 직류전동기를 이용한 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정자에 감긴 권선 중 발전 권선에 전원 인출선을 설치하고, 유도 권선에 1개 또는 다수의 전원 공급 수단을 설치하여 전원을 공급하여 회전자기장이 발생되게 하여 회전자를 회전시키고 회전자의 회전에 의해 발생되는 유도 전류가 고정자에 권취된 발전 권선으로 인출되게 구성하며,출력되는 전기를 직류로 정류하는 정류기, 전기가 충전되는 하나 이상의 충전기, 상기 충전기들의 충전 및 방전을 제어하는 충방전제어기, 상기 충전기와 전원공급수단과의 회로 연결을 단속하는 스위칭부를 더 구비하여 동력부하, 교류부하 및 직류부하에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 무변출력 무정류자 직류전동기를 이용한 발전장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 동력원은 바람이나 수류에 의해 회전하는 양 방향 프로펠러임을 특징으로 하는 무변출력 무정류자 직류전동기를 이용한 발전장치.
- 제 1 항내지 4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 강력 영구자석은 2,000가우스내지 6,000가우스임을 특징으로 하는 무변출력 무정류자 직류전동기를 이용한 발전장치.
