Claims (9)
- 복수의 허니컴 세그먼트가 접합재층을 통해 서로의 접합면에서 일체적으로 접합된 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체를 포함하고, 유체의 유로가 되는 복수의 셀이 중심축 방향으로 서로 평행하게 설치된 구조를 갖는 허니컴 구조체로서,상기 접합재층의 외측 부분(허니컴 세그먼트의 접합면과의 계면으로부터 각각 전체 층 두께의 20%에 해당하는 길이만큼 떨어진 지점까지의 부분)에 있어서의 기공율이 외측 부분보다 내측에 위치하는 중심 부분의 기공율보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합재층은 강도(MPa)/영율(GPa)>1.0×10-3의 관계를 만족하는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합재층은 강도(Mpa)/영율(Gpa)>2.5×10-3의 관계를 만족하는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합재층은 강도(Mpa)/영율(Gpa)>3.5×10-3의 관계를 만족하는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접합재층의 외측 부분의 기공율은 5∼40%이며, 또한 상기 중심 부분의 기공율은 25∼90%인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접합재층의 외측 부분의 기공율은 10∼30%이며, 또한 상기 중심 부분의 기공율은 30∼70%인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접합재층은 무기 섬유를 함유하여 이루어지고, 상기 무기 섬유의 함유율이 20∼45 질량%, 쇼트 함유율이 10∼50 질량%, 장축 방향에 대해 수직인 단면에서의 평균 직경값이 1∼20 ㎛ 및 장축 방향의 평균 길이가 10∼600 ㎛인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접합재층의 두께는 0.5∼3 ㎜인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 세그먼트는 탄화규소(SiC)로 구성되어 이루어지거나 또는 상기 탄화규소(SiC)를 골재로 하고, 또한 규소(Si)를 결합재로 하여 형성된 규소-탄화규소계 복합 재료로 구성되어 이루어지는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
