Abstract

A throttle valve of a vehicle is provided to prevent accidents caused due to freezing of a return spring, by removing snow or foreign substances from the return spring when the return spring is compressed. A throttle valve of a vehicle comprises a throttle body connected to an intake pipe; a valve plate arranged in the throttle body so that the valve plate is rotatable; a throttle valve lever(24) connected to the valve plate so as to rotate the valve plate; a return spring(26) coupled to the throttle valve lever; and a foreign substance removing guide(30) fitted to the return spring so that the foreign substance removing guide removes foreign substances from the return spring when the return spring is compressed. The foreign substance removing guide includes a guide ring(32) arranged in the return spring; and a guide rod(34) protruded from the guide ring and fitted between the return springs.
