The present invention relates to a sound absorbing material for noise and impact absorption between floors, an object of reducing the impact and noise between floors by installing a sound absorbing sound absorbing material between the slab and the floor of a multi-storey building, such as apartments and villas.

At present, the law stipulates to satisfy 50dB or less of heavy impact sound and 58dB or less of light impact sound. However, it is known that it is very difficult to satisfy the 50 dB of heavy shock sound, and especially in a small room, it is reported that the noise is amplified in the heavy shock sound because the resonance frequency of the floor exists in the low frequency band.

There have been many efforts to solve these legal and practical problems. The common features of the sound insulation materials developed so far can be summarized as follows.

예를 들자면, EPS(Expendable Polystyrene), PE(polyester), EPP(Expanded Polypropylene), EVA(ethylene-vinylacetate), PU(polyurethane), PET(polyethylene terephthalate) 등의 합성수지와 고무계통 재질 등 상상할 수 있는 모든 종류의 탄성물질을 이용하여 개발되어져 왔다. First, interlayer insulation materials are mainly composed of elastic materials. For example, all imaginable resins such as EPS (Expendable Polystyrene), PE (Polyester), EPP (Expanded Polypropylene), EVA (ethylene-vinylacetate), PU (polyurethane), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), etc. It has been developed using a variety of elastic materials. However, it is not known until now that a sufficient sound insulation performance is obtained when using a specific elastic material.

Secondly, interlayer insulation materials are basically made in the form of plates, and in some cases they have been employed to form protrusions or convex or concave patterns on the bottom or top of the plate. However, it is known in the art that such inventions do not sufficiently block heavy impact sound. Therefore, quantitative research and development of the material or structure of the sound insulation material which can block the noise between layers more efficiently and greatly improve the effect of reducing the weight impact sound is required.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, to satisfy the interlayer noise generated in the building below the legal standards, suitable interlayer that can be installed between the finishing mortar layer 400 and the floor concrete slab 100 The purpose is to implement the sound insulation material 200. In particular, the specification of the structure of the interlayer sound insulation material is clearly proposed to greatly improve the effect of heavy shock sound.

After analyzing the data obtained through numerous specimen fabrication and testing, the composition of the invention of the interlayer sound insulation material to achieve the noise blocking performance greatly improved than the interlayer sound insulation materials so far is as follows. In the analysis of the present invention, the construction of the present invention of the interlayer sound insulation material to achieve the noise blocking performance significantly improved than the interlayer sound insulation materials so far is as follows.

The rectangular top plate 201 is made to have a thickness of 5 mm to 70 mm (but the width and length are arbitrary), and the protrusions 202 are formed in any number to absorb noise and impact thereunder. . These protrusions absorb the noise and vibration transmitted between layers, and how the structure of the protrusion is maximized will be described below.

The projection 202 may be formed into a three-dimensional shape having any shape, including a cone, a cylinder, and a cube. (The shape is not important.) However, the height of the projection 203, that is, the upper plate 201 from the lower end of the projection. Vertical height to the lower surface of the) is 10mm or more. That is, it is expressed by the following formula.

H ≥ 10mm (H: vertical height from the lower end of the projection to the lower surface of the upper plate 201)

The ground surface 203 is a lower surface of the projection, and refers to the entire surface where the projection 202 comes into contact with the floor when the interlayer sound insulating material is constructed. The ground plane 203 can be formed into any three-dimensional free curved surface. The interlayer sound insulating material proposed by the present invention should satisfy the following Equation 1.

R ≤ 0.25R ≤ 0.25

R ≡ ∑Sb / Su Where R ≡ ∑S b / S u

S u : Top width of the upper plate 201

S b : the width of the ground surface 203 that comes in contact with the floor during construction

The method of arranging the protrusions 202 is as follows. Assume that N protrusions 202 exist at the bottom of the upper plate 201. In addition, let us define a three-dimensional position vector representing the center of gravity of the ground plane 203 of each projection as P k (k = 1,2, ..., N). At this time, the condition and definition of L min is the same as Equation 2.

Lmin ≥ 40mmL min ≥ 40mm

Lmin ≡ Min(|Pi - Pj|) (단, i,j = 1,2,…,N, i≠j)L min ≡ Min (| P i -P j |) (where i, j = 1,2,…, N, i ≠ j)

It is a feature of the present invention to arrange the protrusions 202 below the top plate 201 to satisfy the above equation (2). The protrusions can be freely arranged under conditions that satisfy this condition.

층간차음재(200)는 탄성 재료로 성형하는데, EVA, EPP, PP, PS, EPS, ABS, PU, PET 등을 포함한 합성수지계열과 고무계열 수지를 모두 포함하며, 여러 종류의 재질을 혼합하여 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.(예: 상판은 EVA, 돌기는 EPP, 접지면은 PU 재질로 구현)The interlayer sound insulating material 200 is formed of an elastic material, and includes both synthetic resin and rubber-based resins including EVA, EPP, PP, PS, EPS, ABS, PU, PET, and can be used by mixing various kinds of materials. (E.g. top plate is EVA, projections are EPP, ground plane is made of PU material)

By forming the interlayer sound insulation material satisfying the above conditions at the same time, it is possible to realize the interlayer sound insulation material with a significantly improved effect of reducing weight impact sound by more than 9-10dB compared to when noise is measured on the floor concrete slabs. Same as the graph shown in FIG.

1 is a graph showing the correlation between H , R, and E when the same material, the same protrusion shape, and the value of L min are fixed at 40 mm. FIG. 2 shows the same material, same protrusion shape, and H. FIG. The value of is a graph showing the correlation between L min , R and E when fixed at 10 mm. The definition of the symbol in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 follows Formula (1), (2), (3), and E shows the effect of reducing the weight impact sound.
