Description
Claims (4)
- 기판 상에 배향막을 도포하는 단계와;상기 배향막을 소성하는 단계와;상기 배향막을 러빙하는 단계와;상기 배향막에 비편광 UV를 조사하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 배향막 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비편광 UV의 광 조사 에너지는 0.001~5J/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 배향막 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비편광 UV의 파장은 200~400nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 배향막 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배향막에 비편광 UV를 조사하는 단계에 있어서,상기 배향막이 200Å이하로 식각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 배향막 형성 방법.
