Claims (5)
- 화상을 표시하는 액정표시패널, 및상기 액정표시패널에 공급하는 광을 가이드하는 도광판을 구비하는 백라이트 어셈블리(backlight assembly)를 포함하고,상기 광이 입사되는 상기 도광판의 일측면의 길이 방향을 따라 홈이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 홈은 상기 도광판의 전면 에지(edge) 및 후면 에지에 각각 이어진 2개의 경사면이 상호 만나서 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 전면 에지에 이어진 상기 경사면과 상기 도광판의 전면간의 각도는 60°내지 70°인 액정표시장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 후면 에지에 이어진 상기 경사면과 상기 도광판의 후면간의 각도는 60°내지 70°인 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 백라이트 어셈블리는 광을 공급하는 광원을 포함하고, 상기 광원은 발광 다이오드(light emitting diode, LED) 또는 램프인 액정표시장치.
