Abstract
기존의 수기 또는 부분적인 정보 단말기를 이용한 환자관리 또는 의무기록 관리를 해왔으나 진료 활동 시 휴대가 간편한 모바일 환경에 사용 적합한 전자의료정보관리(EMM-electronic medical managemant)시스템을 개발 하여, 진료실 뿐 아니라 입원실 등 회진 시에서도 의사나 간호사가 EMM을 통해 환자 의료기록 등을 실시간 검색 또는 입력 가능해 오류가 없고 실시간 전송 받은 정확한 정보를 활용 정밀한 진료를 할 수 있게 된다.Patient management or medical records management using existing handwritten or partial information terminals has been developed, but we have developed an EMM-electronic medical managemant system suitable for use in a mobile environment that is easy to carry in medical activities. 특히 유비쿼터스 기능을 탑재한 시스템은 자동 환자 인식, 체온, 혈압, 투약 정보, 체혈 결과 등의 정보를 입력 할 수 있고, 진료 차트나 X-RAY 기록 등을 보면서 진료 할 수 있고 장착된 카메라를 통해 환자 상태를 담당 의사에게 바로 전송가능하며, 고정 거치대에 올려놓으면 자동 커넥터를 통해 충전되며 여타 시스템과 자동 연결사용이 가능한 시스템이다. 본 발명은 시스템이 인체 공학적으로 설계되어 업무 효율성이 뛰어나고, 모바일을 통해 진료, 처방, 간호, 의무관리 등의 기록들을 실시간 처리(입력/검색) 가능하도록 하여 완벽한 전자의료정보관리 시스템 구축에 필요한 단말기 등을 개발하여 첨단 과학 기술을 이용한 정확한 기록을 통해 정밀한 진료가 가능토록 지원하는 등 세련된 의무정보관리 업무의 편리성을 극대화 하도록 함.
