Claims (2)
- 전로의 상부에 위치하여 전로로 산소를 공급하고 로프에 의해 구동되는 랜스를 갖는 전로내 슬로핑 방지방법에 있어서,상기 전로내 슬래그 폼(foam)에 의해 상기 랜스가 상승하면, 상기 랜스로프에 작용하는 장력을 검출하는 단계;소정의 시간 간격으로 상기 전로내 노구 이미지를 촬영하는 단계;상기 촬영된 노구 이미지를 명도값으로 환산하는 단계;상기 랜스로프의 장력 및 명도값을 설정된 최대값(A)에서 최소값(B)의 범위로 단일화하는 단계;상기 단일화된 장력 및 명도값을 합산하여 평균값(C)을 계산하는 단계; 및상기 평균값(C)이 설정된 슬로핑 발생값에 도달하면, 상기 평균값(C)에 따라 비례하게 상기 랜스를 하강시키고 산소공급량을 감소시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전로의 슬로핑 방지방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 랜스로프에 작용하는 장력을 검출하는 단계는상기 랜스로프의 기준하중을 재설정하는 단계;상기 전로의 취련공정이 개시되면 슬래그 폼의 부상력에 따라 상기 랜스가 위로 이동하는 단계; 및상기 랜스로프의 일측 끝단에서 상기 랜스로프에 작용하는 장력을 검출하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전로의 슬로핑 방지방법.
