Figure 3 shows the air flow when the fan does not operate normally in a clean room in which the fan filter unit is installed, Figure 4 shows the configuration of the fan filter unit having a backflow prevention function according to the present invention. Figure 5 shows a configuration of a fan filter unit having a backflow prevention function according to another embodiment according to the present invention. The construction means for achieving the present invention will be described in detail. In general, the clean room is equipped with a high-performance fan filter unit installed to remove fine dust from the ceiling, and blows clean air from the filter into the clean room, and air introduced into the clean room is suspended particulates generated indoors. And various kinds of dust generated in the room, along with the flow of air between the grid surface installed on the floor and down the floor, and the suspended particulates and various dusts are removed from the fan filter unit attached to the ceiling through the wall. The clean room is maintained through the process, but when at least one of the fan filter units stops working due to various causes, the fan filter unit that acts as an air intake port acts as an air inlet. Airflow is severely generated. The present invention is fixed to the pressure sensor on one side of the fan filter unit in order to detect and measure the wind pressure generated by the operation of the fan operation of the fan of the fan filter unit. In addition, the suction inlet for sucking air of the fan filter unit is fixed to install a rectangular parallelepiped structure to seal all parts except the part where the damper is installed, and the damper is connected to the pressure sensor on one side of the box together with the small motor. Fix it on one side. And a controller for opening and closing the damper on the basis of a pressure sensor for detecting the air volume according to the operation of the fan of the fan filter unit and a signal detected by the pressure sensor. The damper is configured to maintain an open state when the fan is rotated so that air is easily introduced into the fan filter unit, and to maintain a closed state when the fan is stopped to prevent backflow of air. [실시 예] EXAMPLES
1] Example 1
Looking at a specific embodiment 1 according to the present invention based on Figure 4, the pressure sensor is fixed to a position that can detect the wind on one side of the fan filter unit, a square or a portion in which the air on the back of the fan filter unit is sucked The damper is installed at a predetermined height in a rectangular shape to seal all surfaces except the air suction surface (17 in FIG. 4), and rotate the damper (13 in FIG. 4) installed in the air intake port at a predetermined rotation angle. A small motor (not shown) is attached and installed adjacent to the damper so that the controller can sense the electrical signal with the pressure sensor (11 in FIG. 4) and operate to operate in conjunction with the damper (FIG. 4). 12) is fixedly installed at one side of the fan filter unit. The principle of operation is that the fan (16 in Fig. 4) operates using the electrical signal detected by the pressure sensor whether the fan of the fan filter unit is operating, the damper is kept open, the damper when the operation of the fan stops The configuration is made to remain closed. The damper is installed at least one surface while fixing at least one in consideration of the intake amount of the air to freely intake the air.
