Description

냉장고 도어의 누설전류 차단구조{A leakage current interception formation of refrigerator door}A leakage current interception formation of refrigerator door}

The present invention relates to a refrigerator, and more particularly, to a leakage current blocking structure of a refrigerator door that blocks a leakage current flowing through the refrigerator door and causes static electricity generated in the door to flow to the refrigerator main body.

Looking at the leakage current blocking structure of the refrigerator door according to the prior art as follows.

1A is a circuit diagram of a refrigerator according to the prior art.

Conventionally, the main power line 15 and the earth line 10 of the power cord are applied to the product together on the connection of the refrigerator circuit as shown in FIG. 1A. Such a conventional earth wire 10 generally has a structure that flows to the ground through the earth wire 10 when an earth leakage occurs in the refrigerator by performing an earth treatment on the outer charging part (metal part). In addition, conventionally, the fine leakage current also has a structure that flows out to the ground through the earth wire (10).

The ground wire 10 of the refrigerator main body is connected to the refrigerator door hinge, and when the refrigerator is shorted, a leakage current flowing between the refrigerator main body and the door flows out to the ground through the ground wire 10.

However, in a situation where the grounding process is not performed in the outlet, since there is no place to flow the micro leakage current flowing in the refrigerator main body, the micro leakage current may be detected by a sensitive person.

Figure 1b is a cross-sectional view of a refrigerator according to the prior art, Figure 1c is a cross-sectional view of the refrigerator according to the prior art.

As shown in the figure, the earth wire 10 of FIG. 1A is connected to the door hinge 20 of the refrigerator. The door hinge 20 is a metal structure connected to the main body, and is a structure of opening and closing the door to prevent the door from sagging and being removed by fitting the door.

In the refrigerator having such a configuration, the flow of the leakage current generated in the refrigerator main body proceeds as follows.

The main earth → refrigerator body connection → door hinge → door, the door handle, that is, the leakage current generated in the refrigerator body is transmitted to the door and the door handle through the door hinge 20. Accordingly, a minute current can be detected when a person contacts the door and the door handle.

Therefore, when the main earth 10 is configured in the power cord 15, power flows through the main earth 10 of the power cord 15 configured in the refrigerator main body. If not, the leakage current of the refrigerator main body is transmitted to the refrigerator door. For this reason, the conventional refrigerator causes problems such as unpleasant use of the refrigerator due to leakage current and doubt of performance.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a leakage current blocking structure of a refrigerator door to block leakage current entering the door through the door hinge from the refrigerator main body and allow static electricity generated from the refrigerator door to exit to the main body.

Leakage current blocking structure of the refrigerator door according to the present invention for achieving the above object, the ground wire is configured in the power supply line of the refrigerator circuit, and connected to the refrigerator main body; A door hinge configured in the refrigerator main body and configured to open and close the refrigerator door; It is configured between the earth wire and the door hinge, and comprises a one-way switching element for blocking the leakage current generated from the refrigerator main body.

Hereinafter, the leakage current blocking structure of the refrigerator door according to the present invention will be described. The circuit of the refrigerator according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1A.

Figure 2a is a cross-sectional view of the refrigerator according to the present invention, Figure 2b is a state diagram showing the leakage current and the flow of static electricity in the refrigerator door according to the present invention.

As shown in the figure, the present invention has a structure in which the earth wire 10 of the power cord 15 connected to the refrigerator main body is connected to the door hinge 130. The diode 110 is connected between the earth wire 10 formed in the power cord 15 of the refrigerator main body and the door hinge 130 of the refrigerator main body. The diode 110 is a one-way switching element, and blocks the leakage current from the refrigerator main body. In the present invention, a diode is used as the one-way switching device, but any other device that performs the same function may be used. The diode 110 operates to discharge static electricity generated from the door and the door handle through the earth wire 10 of the refrigerator power cord 15.

That is, the diode 110 is configured between the earth wire 10 and the hinge 130 of the refrigerator door. The cathode end of the diode 110 is connected to the earth line 10 side of the power cord 15, and the anode end of the diode 110 is connected to the door hinge 130 side. As a result, the leakage current flowing to the door 120 is blocked from the electrical components configured in the refrigerator main body, and the static electricity generated in the door 120 flows out through the earth wire 10 configured in the power cord 15 of the refrigerator. .

As shown in FIG. 2B, the leakage current flows to the cathode of the diode 110 when the leakage current is generated in the electronic components of the refrigerator main body. At this time, the diode 110 blocks the flow of leakage current. As a result, by preventing the leakage current from flowing in the door and the door handle, it is possible to prevent the detection of the leakage current at the moment when a part of the body contacts the door 120 and the door handle.

On the other hand, static electricity generated in the door and the door handle is transferred to the anode of the diode 110 through the door hinge 130. Accordingly, the diode 110 is turned on, transfers static electricity to the refrigerator main body, and is grounded through the earth wire 10 connected to the refrigerator main body. As a result, the generation of static electricity is suppressed, and the user can safely open and close the refrigerator door 120.

As described above, the present invention constitutes a diode between the ground wire and the hinge of the refrigerator circuit to block leakage current flowing from the refrigerator main body even when the outlet is not grounded, and to discharge static electricity generated from the door to the outside. Let it be a basic technical idea.

The rights of the present invention are not limited to the embodiments described above, but are defined by the claims, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications and adaptations within the scope of the claims. It is self-evident.

Therefore, the following effects can be expected through the leakage current blocking structure of the refrigerator door according to the present invention.

According to the present invention, even when the grounding is not performed in the outlet, the leakage current generated in the refrigerator body is cut off at the source, thereby preventing the leakage current sensing phenomenon generated when the user contacts the door or the door handle. In addition, according to the present invention, the static electricity generated in the door and the door handle is grounded through an earth wire connected to the refrigerator main body, so that the refrigerator door can be safely opened and closed without causing discomfort to the user.
