Description

[0001] The present invention relates to an oven for preventing electromagnetic leakage,

The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave leakage preventing oven structure.

Generally, a microwave oven is composed of a cavity and a waveguide, which are designed to seal electromagnetic waves, and a sealed structure to prevent electromagnetic waves from leaking outside the cavity and the waveguide.

To do this, the cavity forms a rectangular chamber with four components: a top oven, a body oven, a back oven, and a front oven, and each component is firmly constrained in surface contact with the welding process and the pressing process.

More specifically, the two surfaces of the top oven and the body oven are projected and welded at regular intervals, and then the four surfaces are welded in the same manner as the back oven.

At this time, the distance between the projection welds is maintained by maintaining the minimum distance that electromagnetic waves can not leak. Thereafter, the front oven is squeezed to complete the cavity.

The waveguide, which is a path through which the electromagnetic wave travels from the magnetron, is welded to one surface of the cavity by the same welding method as the cavity individual components.

The cavities fabricated by the pressing and welding processes are designed to be completely theoretically shielded against electromagnetic leakage, but in actual cavities, there is a vulnerability to electromagnetic wave leakage.

In the case of the body oven and the top oven, a "b" shaped bending shape is formed. In order to form such a bending shape on a mold, a flange is not damaged and a natural curve is formed only by leaving at least a flange portion.

If the bending process is performed after leaving the minimum flange, the flange can not be maintained exactly 90 degrees in the bending process, and the angle is deformed, and a gap is formed in the curved portion during welding or pressing.

Such a curved portion can not be welded by a separate post work because the flange length is not long.

In such a conventional microwave oven cavity structure, when the electromagnetic wave leaks, there arises a problem that the microwave cooking efficiency is lowered, and a printed circuit board controlling the driving of the microwave oven according to exposure of the electromagnetic wave is malfunctioned or stopped.

Especially, when electromagnetic waves are exposed to users, it is more problematic that they can have harmful effects on the human body.

It is important that the above-mentioned conventional electronic oven suppresses the electromagnetic wave leakage in the curved portion where the gap occurs, but it has not fundamentally overcome it in the past.

Korea Patent No. 574,857 Korea Patent No. 574,861

The present invention has been made in order to overcome the problems of the prior art as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an electromagnetic wave leakage preventing oven structure in which electromagnetic wave leakage is minimized by improving the shape and structure of electromagnetic wave leakage portions of the components constituting the cavity The purpose is to do.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a body oven panel comprising: a body oven panel having a curved corner; A waveguide 15 and a magnetron 16 for providing electromagnetic waves to the body oven panel 12; A top oven panel (11) coupled to an upper end of the body oven panel (12) with an end curved; A front oven panel (14) coupled to the front of the body oven panel (12); Wherein at least one of a corner curved surface of the body oven panel (12) or an end curved surface of the top oven panel (11) is provided with a plurality of first concave- (19-1) and a second concavo-convex flange portion (19-2).

At least one of the top oven panel 11 and the body oven panel 12 has a first bent portion 11-9 fixed to the projection of the front oven panel 14 and a second bent portion 12 -9) may be formed.

The present invention as described above has the following effects.

First, there is a strong point that it is possible to suppress the leakage of electromagnetic waves in the curved portion of the oven which is susceptible to electromagnetic wave leakage.

Secondly, leakage of electromagnetic waves from the microwave cavity structure is prevented, thereby improving microwave cooking efficiency.

Thirdly, as the exposure of electromagnetic waves is suppressed, the problem of noises or the like on the printed circuit board controlling the driving of the microwave oven is eliminated and the problem of malfunctioning or stopping the printed circuit board is solved.

Fourth, there is a strong point that the harmful electromagnetic waves are cut off, and the cooking environment is greatly improved.
