상기 포토레지스트 공급 펌프의 제2 배출 배관을 통하여 배출된 상기 포토레지스트를 기판 상에 도포하는 포토레지스트 코팅부를 포함하되,
상기 포토레지스트 공급 및 탈포 펌프는 상기 포토레지스트가 흡입되는 실린더, 상기 실린더의 일측벽에서 이격되어 내부 공간을 갖도록 상기 실린더 내에 설치된 다이아프램, 상기 실린더와 다이아프램 사이의 내부 공간에 공기 주입 및 배출할 수 있게 설치된 공기 주입 및 배출부, 및 상기 실린더에 설치되어 상기 포토레지스트내의 기포를 배출하는 기포 배출부을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토레지스트 도포 장치.A photoresist storage;
