외부에서 가방의 수납부로 빗물이나 물이 스며들지 못하도록 방수원단으로 형성하는 방수가방(100);과
상기 방수가방 상면과 측면에 방수가방의 개구부(11)를 열고 닫으며 방수코팅을 형성한 상면파스너(20)와 측면파스너(21);를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 상면파스너(20)는 제1슬라이더(22a)와 제1탭(23a)으로 형성되고, 상기 측면파스너(21)는 제2슬라이더(22b)와 제2탭(23b)으로 형성되되 상기 제2탭(23b)은 두개로 구비되며,
상기 방수가방의 상면파스너(20)의 안쪽에 부착되어 가방을 사용하지 않을 때 가방을 접어 보관하는 가방보관부(30)가 형성되고,
