상기 본체 하우징의 하단에 설치되며 초음파 소자를 포함하여 이루어지며 상기 공간부에 존재하는 물을 가압하여 무화(Automization) 상태로 물입자를 변환시키는 무화장치(13)와;
상기 무화장치의 내측에 설치되며 일측에 구비되는 진동판을 작동시켜 상기 진동판의 진동으로 본체 하우징에 존재하는 물을 무화상태의 물입자로 변환시키는 초음파 소자(14)와;
상기 본체 하우징의 내측에 설치되며 본체 하우징 내부의 물을 데워서 초음파 소자를 빠져 나가면서 고온의 스팀이 생성되도록 유도하는 물탱크 히팅판(17)과;
상기 전원버튼 및 온도조절버튼과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 버튼의 조작에 따라 초음파 소자와 물탱크 히팅판(17)에 전기적 신호를 인가하여 가열된 스팀이 토출되도록 제어하는 제어부(16)를 포함하며,
