Abstract
The present invention provides a card reader, a circuit board having a card reader main body, a contact terminal for electrically connecting the external electronic device and the main body, a reader for reading card information, and inserting the card into the main body. Therefore, at least one wing portion drawn in / out from the main body portion, at least one elastic member providing elastic force so that the wing portions can be drawn in / out of the main body portion, and are provided in the main body portion, According to the insertion and removal of the card, the locking part which catches and locks or releases the wing parts to be pulled out and pulled out is disclosed, thereby not only stably fixing the card inserted in the product but also using the product. There is an advantage that can be improved.
Description
The present invention relates to a card reader, and more particularly, to a card reader that allows the card fixing wings to be drawn in / out from the card reader body part automatically in accordance with insertion and removal of the card.
In general, a card reader is connected to a relay server or a VAN company server through an on / off dedicated line to perform a credit card payment service. However, in recent years, there is an increasing demand for performing a credit card payment service in connection with a general portable communication terminal instead of a dedicated payment terminal.
These cards are magnetic cards and smart cards. In the smart card, the smart card has a wider storage capacity and better security than a conventional magnetic card by embedding an integrated circuit chip that stores all information in one chip.
For this reason, smart cards are widely used in general banking, credit cards, transportation cards, identity cards, etc., and can also function as electronic money, and pay not only toll fees such as congestion tolls, parking lots, and highway tollgates, but also at Internet shopping malls. It is also used to purchase goods or purchase paid content.
In order to use these various smart cards on the Internet in a stable manner, a smart card reader is required, and they are distributed as smart cards for easy recharging from the Internet with the KTO card of the Korea Expressway or High Speed Rail. You need a smart card reader to charge or ticket.
That is, the smart card reader is a device capable of transferring data from the smart card to an external device by means of a universal serial bus (USB) connector.
As described above, a card reader for performing a payment service in connection with a portable communication terminal is already disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1143856 (registration date 2012.04.24).
However, the smart card reader used in connection with a conventional portable communication terminal is not only easily detached due to a weak fixing force after inserting the card into the card insertion hole formed in the card reader, but also formed in the smart card reader part of the integrated circuit chip and the card reader. There was a problem that a poor contact with.
In order to solve these drawbacks, recently, a wing that can be folded or unfolded on the smart card reader main body is used to unfold the wing from the smart card reader main body when used, and to fold it into the smart card reader main body when not in use. However, in the structure as described above, there was an inconvenience that the user must hold the wings directly, folded or unfolded.
Therefore, there is a need for a device that automatically pulls out the wing when inserting the card into the smart card reader body to facilitate the drawing / withdrawal of the wing.
The present invention is configured to be able to draw in / out from the card reader body part semi-automatically by the wing portion for fixing the card according to the insertion and removal of the card, it is possible to not only secure the card inserted in the product but also improve To provide a card reader.
In addition, the present invention, by inserting and detaching the card in the card reader main body part by locking or releasing the lock by forming a locking part to enable the semi-automatic insertion / withdrawal of the wing, to facilitate the insertion / withdrawal of the wing To provide a card reader.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention, in the card reader,
A card reader main body;
A contact terminal unit for electrically connecting an external electronic device to the main body unit;
A circuit board having a reader section for reading card information;
At least one wing portion to be inserted / drawn from the body portion as the card is inserted into the body portion;
At least one elastic member providing elastic force such that the wing portions are retractable from the body portion; And
It is provided in the main body portion, and includes a locking portion to enable the insertion / withdrawal by engaging or releasing the locking of the wing portion in accordance with the insertion and removal of the card into the main body portion.
This invention is a card reader,
A card reader main body;
At least one wing portion drawn in / out from the body portion;
At least one elastic member providing elastic force such that the wing portions are retractable from the body portion; And
It is provided in the main body portion, and includes a locking portion for holding and fixing or releasing the wing portions in accordance with the insertion and removal of the card into the main body portion.
As described above, according to the card reader according to the present invention,
By inserting the card into the card reader body part, it is configured to semi-automatically pull in / out the wing which fixes the card, thereby stably fixing the card inserted in the product and improving the use of the product.
In addition, by inserting the card to the card reader main body, the locking part can be caught or fixed according to the contact or released to make the wing part semi-automatically retractable / retractable. In addition, there is an advantage that can facilitate the use of the product.
