Claims (5)

회동 수단, 상기 회동 수단의 상부에 형성된 하부 케이스 및 상기 하부 케이스로부터 탈부착할 수 있는 상부 케이스를 구비하는 립스틱 케이스에 있어서,
상기 하부 케이스의 내부에 위치하여 상기 회동 수단의 회동에 대응하여 상기 위치에서 회전하는 립스틱 보호관;
상기 립스틱 보호관의 내부에 위치하고, 상기 립스틱 보호관의 회전에 대응하여 상기 하부 케이스의 상하부로 이동하는 립스틱 홀더;
상기 하부 케이스 및 상기 립스틱 보호관 사이에 위치하고, 상기 립스틱 홀더를 상기 하부 케이스의 상하부로 이동시키기 위한 가이드 부재;
상기 립스틱 보호관의 외경을 따라 형성되어 상기 립스틱 보호관의 이탈을 방지하는 돌출부;
상기 돌출부의 하부에 형성되어 상기 립스틱 보호관의 회전 동작을 지지하며, 상기 립스틱 보호관의 상기 돌출부 하부에 형성된 안착 홈에 위치하는 동작 보호링;
상기 립스틱 보호관의 일단으로부터 외경에 수직한 방향으로 형성된 제1가이드 홈;
상기 가이드 부재의 내벽을 따라 나선형으로 형성된 제2가이드 홈;
상기 제2가이드 홈을 따라 나선형으로 회전하여 상기 제1가이드 홈을 따라 상기 립스틱 보호관의 상하부로 이동하는 가이드 돌기 및;
상기 가이드 부재 상부의 상기 하부 케이스 내벽에 위치하고, 상기 하부 케이스 및 상기 상부 케이스를 결합시키는 이음 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 립스틱 케이스.A lipstick case comprising a rotating means, a lower case formed on an upper portion of the rotating means, and an upper case detachable from the lower case.

A first guide groove formed in a direction perpendicular to an outer diameter from one end of the lipstick protective tube;
A second guide groove helically formed along an inner wall of the guide member;
A guide protrusion that spirally rotates along the second guide groove and moves up and down the lipstick protective tube along the first guide groove;
