Description
The present invention relates to a composite soundproofing panel installed in a building, a car, and the like to absorb and block noise generated inside or outside a building or a car.
In general, the soundproof panels are installed on the inner wall or the outer wall of the building for soundproofing inside the building, or installed in the interior of the car engine room or cabin to improve the quietness of the inside of the car. Conventional soundproof panels are mainly composed of single-layer soundproof panels and double-layer soundproof panels.
Single-layer soundproof panels are generally formed by embossing or square pyramid one surface of the porous sound absorbing material. When the sound waves pass through the sound absorbing material made of porous material, the wave energy becomes thermal energy, and the porous material absorbs the energy of sound waves to make sound insulation.
The double-layered sound insulation panel is usually composed of a sound absorbing layer and a sound insulating layer. The sound absorbing layer uses a porous material for absorbing sound waves, and the sound insulating layer uses a high-density material as a layer for blocking sound waves. In general, the sound absorbing layer is provided with a sound hole, so that sound waves of a predetermined frequency band are trapped in the sound hole, so that sound waves reflected within the sound absorbing hole cancel each other based on the principle of causing interference. In the sound absorbing layer made of porous material, sound waves are absorbed. When passing through the layer, the wave energy is converted into thermal energy, so that the porous material absorbs the energy of the sound wave, and the soundproof layer is soundproofed by using a dense material of higher density than the sound absorbing layer.
Conventional soundproof panels have a sound absorbing layer that is composed of a single layer, so that the sound absorbing performance is not good, and the surface appearance of the product, color change, scattering weathering does not have a beautiful appearance and sound insulation performance is deteriorated.

It is formed of a urethane foam material, the third sound-absorbing layer provides a composite sound insulation panel, characterized in that formed of a rigid urethane foam material.

According to a further preferred feature of the present invention, the skin material of the third sound-absorbing layer is formed of an artificial leather material.
According to the composite soundproof panel according to the present invention, the sound waves are first absorbed in the sound absorbing hole, and then the sound absorbing is made in the multi-layered sound absorbing layer having different foam strength, and the sound absorbing is performed by the embossed air layer on the upper surface of the sound insulating layer. Finally, it blocks the sound waves in the sound insulation layer and has excellent sound insulation effect compared to the existing sound insulation panels.
In addition, by attaching a skin material to the skin of the soundproof panel, the sound absorbing layer is avoided from being directly exposed to air or direct sunlight to improve the durability of the sound absorbing layer. As a result, the sound-absorbing performance of the sound-absorbing layer is maintained, and the discoloration of the sound-absorbing layer is prevented to have a beautiful appearance compared to the existing soundproofing panel.

The audible frequency that humans can sense by hearing is 20 ~ 20,000 Hz, but the treble and bass parts are relatively insensitive to humans, so sound insulation in the midrange is important. Sound insulation in the mid-range is also important for sound insulation in buildings or automobiles, but sound insulation in the high and low ranges may be important, depending on the type and nature of the noise source. In the following, the sound absorbing sound is generated while passing through the composite soundproof panel according to an embodiment of the present invention sequentially described.
When sound waves are incident on the
