Description
The present invention relates to a drain pipe cap that is easy to install, shorten the air and ready-made products to prevent the outflow of soil in the drain pipe provided on the retaining wall, such as wing wall of the culvert.
On the slopes with the risk of collapse, retaining walls, which are structures that withstand earth pressure on the slopes, are installed to prevent the soil from flowing down.
When water flows into the back soil supported by the retaining wall due to rain, snow, groundwater, etc., the earth pressure or water pressure of the soil containing the water is increased, causing the retaining wall to pass over or cracking.
In order to solve this problem, referring to the conventional retaining wall section shown in FIG. 4, the
The construction of the retaining wall including the drain pipe having such a configuration is as follows. When assembling the formwork according to each dimension of the retaining wall, the drainage pipe is placed by hanging the inlet and the outlet of the drainage pipe to a catching nail protruding from the formwork. In this case, a cheap PVC pipe is generally used as the drain pipe. Then, after the concrete is poured into the formwork, the formwork is removed and the geotextiles having a larger area than the inlet of the drain pipe are fixed to the concrete with silicon, or the edges of the geotextiles are lined with concrete nails and nails. Fix directly to the back. At this time, as a geotextile is good permeability, low cost non-woven fabric is generally used. After that, the soil is backfilled to the rear surface of the retaining wall.
This existing construction method is a repetition of a simple operation of cutting the geotextiles to the predetermined size described above, and attaching to the retaining wall takes a long time, and has a disadvantage. This drawback is a problem with air, especially in the site where the retaining wall is largely formed, or the wing wall is installed according to a number of culverts when the road construction.
On the other hand, the method of attaching geotextiles using silicon has a problem that the completion is delayed because it takes a period of about 1 to 2 days for silicon curing.
On the other hand, in the case of fixing the geotextiles to the retaining wall using a sack and concrete nails, it is cumbersome because the worker's fixing work must be done manually at each inlet, and the process is time-consuming for fixing a large number of stools and concrete nails. There is a delay.
In addition, there is a problem that the geosynthetic fiber is rolled into the inlet by the soil introduced during the process of backfilling the soil due to insufficient pressure on the geotextile.
On the other hand, cracks may occur in the retaining wall by fixing a plurality of concrete nails.
In addition, since the geotextiles such as nonwoven fabrics are exposed in such a conventional drain pipe, there is a problem that they are easily damaged by small wild animals that form a hole and form a habitat.
The present invention is devised to solve the above problems,
In the construction of retaining walls, such as wing walls of culverts including general drainage pipes, in order to eliminate the inconvenience caused by the separate fixing of conventional geotextiles, the ready-made products can be installed at the same time so as to install the geotextiles inside the drainage pipe at once. The PVC pipe used can be used as a drain pipe as it is, but can be used with the drain pipe, so it is possible to shorten the air by installing a simple assembly without greatly changing the existing construction method. The purpose is to protect from damage caused by the back.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is provided with a body that is fitted to the inner wall of the drain pipe, and geosynthetic fibers to prevent the outflow of soil, on the inner wall of the body so that the geosynthetic fibers are located inside the body The fitting is further provided with a position fixing member for supporting the edge of the geosynthetic fiber, the outer side of the geosynthetic fiber proposes a drain pipe cap characterized in that it is further provided with a protective net for protecting the geotextile.

According to the drain pipe cap according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, since the installation of the geosynthetic fiber is completed by inserting and fixing the body to the inlet of the drain pipe, while cutting the geotextile in the conventional site, the time required for silicone curing Waiting and the like are eliminated, and the work becomes simple, and the convenience of construction is increased.
In addition, since it can be inserted into the drain pipe made of a cylindrical plastic generally used in the prior art, it is versatile, which has the effect that there is no cost to prepare a separate drain pipe. In addition, since the production of the drain pipe cap is relatively simple, the production cost is low, which has an economic effect.
In addition, the construction of the retaining wall by inserting the drain pipe cap into the drain pipe in advance in the formwork assembly step, or even if the construction to insert the drain pipe cap in the drain pipe after demolding the formwork has the effect that the air is shortened.
In addition, since concrete nails are not used for the retaining wall, there is no fear of cracking in the retaining wall, and thus, the retaining wall is not damaged.
In addition, since the geosynthetic fiber provided on the body fixed to the inner wall of the drain pipe is supported by the position fixing member, there is no fear that the geosynthetic fiber will be pushed into the inlet when the soil is refilled in the construction of the retaining wall, thereby enabling accurate construction. Has
On the other hand, when the protection net is further provided, because it prevents the damage of the geotextile by the small wild animal, it has the effect of preventing the outflow of soil.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, it describes the function, configuration and operation of the drain pipe cap according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
1 is an exploded view of a drain pipe cap according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view after the assembly of the drain pipe cap shown in FIG.
At this time, the
When the
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, when assembling the
On the other hand,
In other words, the geosynthetic fiber is formed in a recessed position into the interior of the body to be caught on the inner wall of the inlet of the drain pipe (or the inner wall of the body fitted to the inner wall of the drain pipe) to the nail protruding into the formwork, PVC pipes widely used in the prior art There is an advantage that the construction of the retaining wall hanging inside the formwork can be utilized as it is.
On the other hand, the
On the other hand, the outer side of the
The direction opposite to the inflow of earth and sand of geotextiles is exposed to small wild animals invading from the discharge port of the drain pipe, so that small wild animals such as rats that form oysters in the soil are formed through the drain pipe formed on the retaining wall to form a civil The fiber can be damaged, the
Protection net 40 for this is made of a synthetic resin material or a metal material such as plastic, it is fixed to the outside of the geotextile exposed in the discharge port direction of the drain pipe. Specifically, as shown in Figure 2 may be attached to the
On the other hand, in order to prevent the access of wild animals, a barbed (not shown) protruding toward the discharge port of the drain pipe can be formed.
In this case, since the damage to the
