The present invention relates to an electric control panel cooling device of a thermo-hygrostat, and more particularly, a cooling fan and a net are respectively installed on the upper and lower surfaces of an electric control panel of a lower flow type thermo-hygrostat equipped with a filter on the upper surface. Part of the air passing through the filter is forced to pass through the electric control panel to prevent various electrical appliances installed in the electric control panel from being deteriorated due to overheating and causing damage or malfunction, so that the constant temperature and humidity of the room can be always performed smoothly. It is designed.
In the history of mankind, the foremost task was to endure the cold rather than the heat to survive.
Therefore, the heating type was prepared first, and then the development of the air conditioner began, and the phenomenon of cool harmonized air coming out from the developed product was called, and the device is called an air conditioner, or air conditioner. It was.
However, it is reestablished as a simple air conditioner, not an air conditioner, and air conditioning and heating are referred to as summer air conditioning and winter air conditioning in summer and air conditioning in winter, respectively. It is set in harmony.
In general, air conditioners maintain indoor temperature, humidity, bacteria, odors, and airflow in a state suitable for the purpose of the place, and live in a house, hotel, hall, office, computer room, and various industrial sites. It is aimed at making people feel comfortable. The air condition that is comfortable to a person is affected by various conditions such as climatic condition, dress, living standard, and health condition, so there is no fixed value, but the temperature is 26 ~ 28 in summer. It is common to aim at a temperature of about 50% relative humidity, 20 to 22 ° C in winter, and about 40% relative humidity.
However, these values are not absolute, and sites such as factory workshops, warehouses, laboratories, computer rooms, etc., are most suitable for objects produced, processed, stored or tested there, or for various equipment operating in those places in order to achieve their functions. The state should be maintained.
For example, in tobacco plants, when the leaves are finely cut, the humidity is relatively high so as not to dry and become powder. In the chocolate factory, the temperature is lowered so that chocolate does not melt and lose shape. Air conditioning is being used in physiology laboratories to ensure that the quality of the product produced is uneven or that many defective products are not produced, such as slowing the flow of air in consideration of the effect of wind on life.
In particular, for the purpose of application to industrial fields such as product processing process or storage process that requires a constant temperature and humidity, it is necessary to control not only heating and cooling, but also humidity. A device that maintains the current temperature and humidity at a set value. It consists of a cooler that supplies cold air, a warm air that supplies warm air, and a humidifier that maintains indoor humidity. A cooler composed of an evaporator, a condenser, a pump, and a valve is cooled. It forms a cycle to generate cold air from the evaporator, supply the warmth generated from the hot wire to the indoor space through the blower fan, vaporize the water by heating the heat pipe in the water, or water by electric conduction using water conductivity The humidity of the indoor space through a humidifier that generates water vapor by heating The.
In other words, the well-known thermo-hygrostat is a device used to maintain a set temperature and humidity at all times, and is used in various fields such as a room where precision control devices sensitive to temperature and humidity are installed, a room where expensive communication equipment is installed, a laboratory, and a computer room. It is a device that prevents malfunction of various devices and enables stable mission performance.
The conventional thermo-hygrostat combines a control unit (also called a hot gas controller), a component necessary for heating and cooling, and a component necessary for dehumidification or humidification in a single system, thereby providing room temperature or If the humidity is out of the error range than the set temperature or the set humidity or more than detects this, the control unit is to automatically operate the cooling, heating, dehumidification or humidification.
On the other hand, Figure 1 generally shows a constant temperature and humidity device consisting of a blower fan, a heating heater, a cooling dehumidification evaporator, a refrigerant compressor and a controller for controlling them, a body forming their exterior, a shelf installed inside the body. will be.
Referring to the drawings, a general thermo-hygrostat device includes an
The
In addition, the
At this time, the
Meanwhile, the thermo-hygrostat is classified into a down flow type and an up flow type according to an air flow type, and when classified by a cooling system, an air cooled system and a water cooled type ( water cooled systems and glycol coded systems.
As shown in FIG. 2, the conventional lower discharge type thermo-hygrostat has a
Therefore, when the
On the other hand, unlike in the past, as the control device and the electric component parts of the industrial development gradually become a semiconductor device in the mechanical operation, there is a trend that the control by the program and high precision control of room temperature and humidity are required.
In addition, the room that requires constant temperature and humidity of the room (ROOM), although the constant temperature and humidity requires 24 hours 365 days of operation, the electric control panel (3) that performs the overall control function in the conventional thermo-hygrostat is blocked blind all around It has the form which built various electric components in the housing |
Therefore, since heat distribution to the outside of the
The present invention was devised to solve such a conventional problem, and the cooling fan and the net are respectively installed on the upper and lower surfaces of the electric control panel of the discharge type thermo-hygrostat equipped with the filter on the upper surface to pass through the filter. It is a basic feature to install additional.
In addition, if necessary, it is characterized in that a mesh for preventing the inflow of foreign objects is installed in the air discharge hole perforated in the lower surface of the case of the electrical control panel.

First, the constant temperature and humidity chamber in which the device of the present invention is implemented is basically the same as that of the conventional lower discharge type temperature and humidity chamber.
That is, the
However, the present invention is installed in the upper front of the main body 1 of the thermo-hygrostat, the cooling
That is, air suction holes 32 and discharge holes 33 are formed on upper and lower surfaces of the
On the other hand, when the blowing
Therefore, when the cooling
However, in this case, the cooling
Therefore, in the present invention, as described above, the cooling
In addition, as described above, the cooling
In addition, if the
Therefore, the
On the other hand, the number and the number of installation of the cooling
In addition, the present invention was configured to cool the
Although the above-described embodiment has been described with respect to the most preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is not limited to the above embodiment, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications are possible without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.
As described above, according to the apparatus for preventing the inflow of external air when checking the thermo-hygrostat according to the present invention, the cooling fan and the net are respectively installed on the upper and lower surfaces of the electric control panel of the discharge type thermo-hygrostat equipped with the filter on the upper surface and pass through the filter. By inhaling a portion of the clean air outside through the cooling fan and passing it through the electric control panel, it is possible to prevent deterioration, burnout, or malfunction due to overheating of various electrical components installed in the electric control panel. It is a very useful design that can keep the humidity in the desired form at all times and can greatly improve the reliability of the constant temperature and humidity.
