Claims (1)
- 자동차용 증발기에 냉매 통로가 상,하로 연통되어 있으며, 단일 열 냉매 흐름을 가진 증발기에 있어서, 핀과 교대로 다수의 단으로 적층하여 적층형 열교환기를 구성하는 튜브요소로서, 상기 튜브요소는 2장의 성형판이 대면접합되어 형성되어 그 내부에는 냉매가 흐르는 냉매통로가 형성되며, 상기 냉매통로에는 각각의 성형판으로부터 경이 작아지면서 경사지게 돌출 형성된 다수의 비드가 형성된 적층형 열교환기의 튜브요소에 있어서,상기 비드는 튜브요소의 길이방향에 대해 수직으로 다수개가 비드 간격(L)으로 정렬되어 비드열을 이루고, 상기 비드열은 상기 튜브요소의 길이방향을 따라 비드열 간격(G)으로 다수의 비드열을 이루며, 각 비드열의 비드는 인접하는 비드열의 비드간격(L)의 중간에 위치하되,냉매통로의 폭을 X라 하고, 냉매통로상에서 주기적으로 배열되는 2개의 비드열을 포함하는 통로길이(Y)를 취하여 산출한 내부체적을 V0이라 하고, 상기 내부체적(V0)내에 있는 하나의 비드의 체적을 V이라 할 때,L/X = 0.15 ~ 0.3, G/X = 0.07 ~ 0.2, V/V0= 0.002 ~ 0.02 인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 열교환기의 튜브요소.
