Description
Claims (9)
- 디스펜서를 이용하여 탄성고무가 채워지는 실링홈이 형성된 분리판과;상기 분리판과 막전극접합체의 사이에 개재되는 가스켓으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실링홈과 연결되어 형성되며, 상기 실링홈의 폭보다 넓은 폭을 갖는 앵커가 추가적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 앵커는 실링홈 두께의 1.5배에 해당하는 폭으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 실링홈과 앵커의 깊이는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 앵커는 상기 실링홈의 외측에 실링홈의 진행방향에 직각을 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 막전극접합체의 전면과 배면에 위치하는 분리판에 있어서, 상기 앵커의 위치가 대칭을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성고무는 실리콘계, 불소계 및 올레핀계 고무 중 어느 하나의 소재로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가스켓은 분리판과 동일한 소재로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실링구조를 사용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
