Description

트레일러 차량의 후방램프 점등 장치{Apparatus for backup lamp of trailer}Back lamp lighting device of trailer vehicle {Apparatus for backup lamp of trailer}

The present invention relates to a lighting device for a trailer, and more particularly, to a rear vehicle lighting of a trailer vehicle, which is applied to a towing vehicle (trailer) having a smaller number of lamps than a towing vehicle lighting system, so as to realize the same lighting signal as a towing vehicle. Relates to a device.

In general, a trailer (trailer vehicle) is connected to the rear of the tractor (traction vehicle) for generating a driving force is to be towed and to load heavy cargo.

As shown in FIG. 1, the lighting device of the trailer is connected to the receptacle 1 prepared for the towing vehicle by connecting the electric wire plug 2 of the rear lamp of the towing vehicle to receive an electrical signal from the towing vehicle and to turn on the lamp. In this way, the rear lamp is turned on in the same manner as the trailer vehicle by the electric signal generated by the driver's operation in the tow vehicle, thereby contributing to the warning and safe driving of the following vehicle when driving on the road.

However, conventionally, when the number and type of lamps of the tow vehicle and the tow vehicle are not the same, the tow vehicle is not turned on by the operation of the tow vehicle.

For example, as illustrated in FIG. 2, when the quantity of lamps is less than one of the tow vehicle in the case of an old trailer, a stop lamp signal sent from the tow vehicle is implemented in the tow vehicle. Since the stop light is not turned on in the towed vehicle, there is a problem that the risk of a collision accident is very high.

The object of the present invention devised in view of such a problem is to implement a lighting signal of the same rear lamp as the tow vehicle in the tow vehicle even in a situation where the quantity of the rear lamp of the tow vehicle cannot be increased, thereby preventing a collision accident caused by the following vehicle. It is to provide a rear lamp lighting device of the trailer towing vehicle.

A more specific object of the present invention is to provide a rear lamp lighting apparatus of a trailer for performing the two functions of the direction indicator light and the stop light at the same time the tow vehicle.

The circuit configuration of the tow vehicle and the tow vehicle to which the present invention is applied will be described with reference to FIG. 4, and a receptacle for lighting the rear lamp is connected to the driver operation unit of the tow vehicle, and the rear lamp is in the middle of the connection portion between the driver operation unit and the receptacle. A lamp control unit is installed to turn on the turn signal and stop light at the same time.

The operation of the rear lamp lighting device of the trailer vehicle according to the present invention configured as described above will be described.

Install the lamp control unit in the towing vehicle when the number of the rear lamps of the towed vehicle is less than the number of rear lamps of the towed vehicle before connecting the receptacle of the tow vehicle and the plug of the rear lamp of the towed vehicle. By the present invention, the rear lamp of the towed vehicle (trailer) is turned on.

As shown in Table 1 below, the operation of turning on the rear lamp of the towed vehicle by the lamp control unit is as follows.

Table 1 Comparison of lighting method of trailer rear lamp

Thus, in the present invention, when the right turn indicator is turned on or the left turn indicator is processed, a current of about 1.5 Hz flows, and the right turn indicator is turned on or the left turn indicator is turned on in the same way as the tow vehicle. At this time, the direction indicator is intermittently lit.

In addition, when the stop light is to be turned on, the right turn indicator and the left turn indicator are turned on at the same time. In this case, the left and right turn indicators are continuously turned on to serve as stop lights. This lighting method is not lighted at the source in the prior art.

On the other hand, when the right turn signal and the stop light are turned on at the same time in the present invention, the right turn indicator is intermittent light, the left turn indicator is continuous light and the left turn indicator serves as a stop light. In the same way, when the left turn signal and the stop light are turned on at the same time, the left turn light is intermittent and the right turn light is continuously lit so that the right turn light plays the role of a stop light.

When the emergency light is turned on, both the left and right turn indicators are intermittently turned on, and when the emergency light and the stop light are turned on simultaneously, the left and right turn indicators are intermittently turned on, but the lighting effect of the stop light is not achieved. In the left and right turn indicators are both continuous light to serve as a stop light.

5 is an operation flowchart of the lamp control unit according to the present invention, the operation of the lamp control is carried out based on Table 2 below.

Table 2. Input value setting

As described above, the lighting device of the trailer according to the present invention can perform the function of the direction indicator and the stop light of the tow vehicle that is turned on in conjunction with the rear lamp of the tow vehicle by using a single lamp to perform the rear lamp of the trailer In the state that the stop light is not provided, the stop light is turned on as well as the turn signal, thereby preventing a safety accident that the following vehicle collides with.

Although the above-described embodiment has been described as an example of a general vehicle, it is also applicable to military vehicles, and may also be applied to leisure trailers, which have recently increased in civil vehicles.
