Abstract

PURPOSE: An offset and screen combination printing method for a hot pressing and an injection molding is provided to produce various printed patterns and a printing output swiftly. CONSTITUTION: The offset and screen combination printing method comprises the steps of: first offset printing to prepare a film material and print a transparent heat sensitive bonding agent to a set flip through an offset printer; second color pattern offset printing to four color print to a binder layer of the film obtained by the offset printing; third offset printing to print a mixture of the heat sensitive binder and a printing ink to the film by an offset printer and solidify it to a dry state; screen printing to print an adhesive to the film through a silk screen; solidifying; shape rolling to put the printed film on a hot pressing steel die and shape roll; and injection molding.
