Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 적어도 하나의 발광층 및 전하 수송층을 포함하며 상기 발광층은 호스트 재료, 제 1 인광 도판트 및 제 2 인광 도판트를 포함하는 최소한 2 이상의 도판트를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 인광 도판트 및 제 2 인광 도판트는 각각 이리듐 또는 백금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 인광 도판트는 상기 제 2 인광 도판트로의 에너지 전달을 위하여 발광 파장이 제 2 인광 도판트의 흡수 파장과 중첩되는 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 인광 도판트의 발광 파장이 제 2 인광 도판트의 발광 파장에 비하여 50 nm 이하의 차이만큼 작은 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 인광 도판트 및 제 2 인광 도판트는 서로 혼합하여 하나의 도가니에서 증착되는 것인 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 인광 도판트 및 제 2 인광 도판트는 서로 각각 발광 화합물과 공증착되는 것인 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 인광 도판트는 Ir(ppy)3, 비스(7,8-벤조퀴놀린)아세틸아세토네이트 이리듐(bis(7,8-benzoquinoline)acetylacetonate Iridium), 비스(페닐피리딘)아세틸아세토네이트 이리듐(bis(phenylpyridine)acetylacetonate Iridium)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 물질인 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 인광 도판트는 0.1 %에서 30 %을 사용하는 것인 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 인광 도판트는 비스티에닐피리딘아세틸아세토네이트 이리듐(bisthienylpyridine acetylacetonate Iridium), 비스(벤조티에닐피리딘)아세틸아세토네이트 이리듐(bis(benzothienylpyridine)acetylacetonate Iridium), 비스(2-페닐벤조티아졸)아세틸아세토네이트 이리듐(bis(2-phenylbenzothiazole)acetylacetonate Iridium)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 물질인 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 인광 도판트는 0.1 %에서 20 %를 사용하는 것인 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 1 인광 도판트는 상기 제 2 인광 도판트에 비해 함량이 높은 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 인광 도판트는 상기 제 2 인광 도판트에 비해 효율이 우수한 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이 장치.
