Claims (9)
- 제1기판과 제2기판의 화상 표시부 외곽을 따라 형성되어 제1기판과 제2기판을 합착시키는 실 패턴과; 상기 제1기판의 모서리 영역에 형성된 적어도 하나의 라인-온-글래스 배선과; 상기 라인-온-글래스 배선이 형성된 제1기판의 상면에 형성되며, 상기 실 패턴이 지나는 영역을 따라 일정하게 이격되는 복수의 접착 홀들이 구비된 다층 중간막과; 상기 라인-온-글래스 배선에 대응하여 중첩되도록 복수의 접착 홀들을 포함한 다층 중간막의 상면에 형성되며, 적어도 상기 실 패턴의 외곽으로 연장되지 않도록 패터닝된 투명전극을 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1기판과 제2기판은 제1기판의 일측 단변 및 일측 장변이 돌출되도록 합착된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제1기판의 돌출된 일측 단변에는 게이트 패드부가 형성되고, 제1기판의 돌출된 일측 장변에는 데이터 패드부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제1기판의 일측 단변 및 일측 장변이 만나는 제1기판의 모서리 영역에 적어도 하나의 라인-온-글래스 배선이 실장된 것을 특징으로하는 액정 표시패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 라인-온-글래스 배선은 게이트 하이전압(Vgh), 게이트 로우전압(Vgl), 공통전압(Vcom), 접지전압(GND) 및 전원전압(Vcc) 등과 같은 직류 신호들과 게이트 스타트 펄스(GSP), 게이트 쉬프트 클럭(GSC) 및 게이트 인에이블 신호(GOE) 등과 같은 교류 신호들을 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 중간막으로 게이트 절연막, 반도체층 및 보호막이 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 보호막으로 벤조싸이클로부텐(BCB), 에스오지(SOG) 및 포토-아크릴(photoacryl) 중에 선택된 하나의 유기물질막이 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2기판에는 상기 화상 표시부의 화소들 외곽을 따라 형성된 블랙 매트릭스와; 상기 화상 표시부의 단위 화소에 대응하여 형성된 컬러필터층과; 상기 블랙 매트릭스 및 컬러필터층을 포함한 제2기판의 상면에 형성된 공통전극이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 공통전극은 적어도 상기 실 패턴의 외곽으로 연장되지 않도록 패터닝된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널.
