Abstract

PURPOSE: A gas-modifying apparatus and a coating agent are provided to obtain an apparatus and a coating agent which emit the anions good for the human health and remove insects by using the powder, by a photocatalyst. CONSTITUTION: The gas modifying apparatus and the coating agent are prepared by mixing titanium dioxide particles and/or silver particles with plastic and tourmaline.
