Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 기판과,상기 기판의 동작 영역에, 복수의 주사선과 복수의 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 설치된, 각각이 전기 광학 소자를 포함하는 복수의 단위 회로와,능동 소자를 갖고, 상기 동작 영역의 주위에 형성된 적어도 1개의 주변 회로와,상기 주변 회로와 중첩되도록 위치하는, 상기 기판에 대한 부착부를 갖고, 상기 전기 광학 소자를 밀봉하는 밀봉 부재를 가지며,상기 주변 회로는 상기 복수의 주사선을 통하여 상기 단위 회로에 주사 신호를 공급하기 위한 주사선 구동 회로, 상기 단위 회로의 양부(良否)를 검사하기 위한 검사 회로 및 상기 복수의 데이터선에 프리차지 신호를 출력하는 프리차지 회로 중의 어느 하나인 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주변 회로의 근방에 스페이서를 더 갖고,상기 부착부는 상기 주변 회로 및 상기 스페이서 양쪽의 위쪽에 위치하여 이루어지는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 상기 전기 광학 소자와 상기 주변 회로를 전기적으로 접속하는 배선과 동일한 재료로 형성되어 이루어지는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각각의 상기 전기 광학 소자는 복수의 발광색의 발광층 중 어느 하나를 갖는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 갖는 전자 기기.
- 제 4 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 갖는 전자 기기.
- 기판의 동작 영역에, 복수의 주사선과 복수의 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여, 각각이 전기 광학 소자를 포함하는 복수의 단위 회로를 설치하는 단계,상기 기판의 상기 동작 영역의 주위에 능동 소자를 가진 적어도 1개의 주변 회로를 형성하는 단계, 및,상기 전기 광학 소자를 밀봉하는 밀봉 부재를 그 부착부가 상기 주변 회로와 중첩되도록 상기 기판에 부착하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 주변 회로는 상기 복수의 주사선을 통하여 상기 단위 회로에 주사 신호를 공급하기 위한 주사선 구동 회로, 상기 단위 회로의 양부를 검사하기 위한 검사 회로 및 상기 복수의 데이터선에 프리차지 신호를 출력하는 프리차지 회로 중의 어느 하나인 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법.
