Description

인체의 겉보기 질량 측정장치{apparent mass measurement device of a human body}Apparent mass measurement device of a human body

The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the apparent mass of a human body, and more particularly, to an apparatus for measuring an apparent mass used for modeling between a human body and a seat for improving vibration ride comfort in the design of a vehicle.

In recent years, the riding comfort occupies more and more of the evaluation criteria of the vehicle, and studies to improve the riding comfort are being conducted at various angles, among which the amount of vibration transmitted to the human body through the seat is related to the vibration riding comfort of the vehicle. Research is underway to adequately model the seat-in system to predict the situation.

The most basic attempts at modeling such as above assume that the human body is simply a mannequin with a concentrated mass or a combination of several bodies.

However, when the human body is modeled by the concentrated mass and the manikin, the vibration transmission rate through the sheet has a limitation of having a higher resonance frequency and a peak value than the human body having the same mass, and furthermore, the vibration transmission rate of the sheet for the concentrated mass or manikin. Since it cannot be correlated with the comfort assessed by the occupants while driving the vehicle, it is better to understand the vibration response characteristics of the actual human body and to use it as the basic data for modeling the seat-in system. It is a realistic solution.

However, since the human body is very complicated in structure, it is difficult to measure the response of a point having a specific area and of interest, such as a general mechanical system.

Therefore, the present invention has been devised in view of the above problems, the apparent mass (apparent mass) can not describe the movement of each part of the human body, but at the contact surface between the sheet and the human body, which is the starting point for transmitting vibration to the human body It is a purpose to provide a device capable of effectively measuring the apparent mass of the human body as it is a means to analyze the human body response characteristics to the vibration generated in the vehicle because it describes a comprehensive human response characteristics.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 shows a configuration of an apparent mass measuring apparatus of a human body according to the present invention, an exciter 3 for exciting an excitation stand 1 in an up and down direction, and a test subject above the excitation stand 1. Between the upper plate 5, the plurality of vertical pillars 6, which support the upper plate 5 with respect to the excitation stand 1, and the plurality of vertical pillars 6 and the upper plate 5 installed so that the upper plate 5 is seated. It consists of the force sensor 7 provided, and the acceleration sensor 11 provided so that the said upper board 5 may be interposed between the test subject 9 and the subject 9.

Here, the vertical distance between the top plate 5 and the bead 1 is preferably set to the average height from the top plate 5 to the sole of the test subject 9 in a state where the test subject 9 sits comfortably on the top plate 5. Do.

The plurality of vertical pillars 6 were installed in four, and the force sensors 7 were installed between the upper plate 5 and the four vertical pillars 7, respectively, and all four force sensors were installed.

The apparent mass is expressed as the following equation as a function of the force and acceleration at the driving-point.

여기서,M(j )는 겉보기 질량,F(j )와a(j )는 각각 가진 점에서의 힘과 가속도를 나타낸다.here,M(j ) Is the apparent mass,F(j )Wowa(j Indicates the force and acceleration at each point.

In the case of a general mechanical system in which force is applied to the concentrated mass, the response characteristics of the system can be identified through inertance, and the apparent mass can be expressed as the inverse of the inner voltage as follows.

여기서,A(j )는 이너턴스를 나타낸다here,A(j ) Represents the inertance

Unlike the mechanical system, it is very difficult for the human body to have a specific area and to measure the response at the point of interest, so it is difficult to determine the response characteristics by using intensities.

However, when a force other than displacement is given to the base as an input as shown in FIG. 2, the apparent mass is expressed as the product of the mass of the system and the transfer rate as shown in Equations (3) and (4). The response characteristics of the system are shown. In addition, since the peak frequency of the transmission rate represents the natural frequency of the system, the peak frequency of the apparent mass can also be said to be natural frequency. Therefore, when the human body sits on the base, the apparent mass obtained with the base represents the response characteristics of the human body, and the peak frequency of the apparent mass can be said to be the natural frequency of the human body.

Accordingly, when the test subject calculates the output from the force sensor 7 and the acceleration sensor 11 by operating the vibrator 3 while the test subject is sitting on the upper plate 5 in the apparent mass measuring apparatus of the human body as described above. As a result, the apparent mass of the human body can be known to analyze the response characteristics of the human body to vibrations generated by the vehicle.

For reference, FIG. 3 illustrates the apparent masses of various test subjects measured using the apparent mass measuring apparatus of the human body as described above.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to calculate the apparent mass of the human body, which describes the comprehensive human response characteristics at the contact surface between the seat and the human body, from the output of the force sensor and the acceleration sensor against vibration of the excitation belt, Effectively analyze the human body's response to vibration.
