Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a gear manufacturing and production set useable in educational or temporary machinery equipment by applying gear teeth made of plastic or aluminum material to common plastic disc. CONSTITUTION: The gear set comprises respective parts consisting of a plastic disc(a,1), a band type gear tooth(c) and a disc assistant band. On rear side of the gear tooth, curved dimples are formed to prevent the gear from getting loose. The band type gear tooth is for smoothly winding the gear tooth without separating the gear teeth. The gear set has further separate grooves in longitudinal direction of the gear to ensure thickness of the gear.
