Abstract

A perforated portion(15) having a perforated pin(16) is connected and supported onto the top of the tube portion(13). The perforated portion(15) with a foldable portion(17) is protected by a protective portion(12). The bottom part of the tube portion(13) is protected by a sheet metal.
