Abstract

PURPOSE: A digital power meter provided with a module type remote probing function is provided to subsequently display the amount of data on the display unit by pushing one button by once with connecting to 8 number of a gauge at maximum. CONSTITUTION: A digital power meter provided with a module type remote probing function includes a current detection sensor(1), a first buffer(2), a display unit(3), a microprocessor(4), an infrared rays communication unit(5), an RS485 communication unit(6), a wireless communication unit(7), a power line communication unit(8), a second buffer(9), an analog to digital converter(10), one button(11), a data collection device(12) and a gauge(13). The digital power meter stores the amount of usage inputted from various gauges, displays the amount of the usage and transmits the amount of usage when the data request signal is transmitted from the external remote data collection device(12). In the normal mode, the amount of used power is displayed, and if the one button(11) is pushed, 8 number of data are subsequently displayed at maximum. At the external data collection device, the data request signal is received, the data is transmitted to the external data collection device by using the communication module.

종래의 디지털전력량계는 단순히 사용 전력량을 표시하는것이 목적이었다. 종류에 따라서 산업용과 일반 가정용으로 분류하지만, 모두 검류센서를 이용하여 사용전류량을 감지하고 정해진 전압과의 계산으로 전체 전력량을 알 수 있었다. 단 산업용 디지탈전력량계는 정해진 국내 규격에 의하여 월별 최고 사용양 및 평균 사용량, 역률등의 여러가지 데이터를 저장하고 표시하지만 여전히 전력에 관련한 데이터만을 표시한다.Conventional digital watt-hour meter was simply to display the amount of power used. 발명한 모듈형 원격검침 기능을 갖는 디지탈전력량계는 기본적으로는 전력량을 측정하지만, 최근 사용이 증가하고있는 원격검침장치를 모듈형으로 내장하고 있다. 즉, 검류센서를 통하여 전류량을 감지함과 동시에 계량기와 연결된 입력단자를 통하여 계량기에서 보내오는 데이터를 지속적으로 메모리에 저장하여 외부에서 데이터 요구가 있을시에 이를 디스플레이하게 된다. 여기서 주목할것은 외부에서 데이터 요구가 있을지라도, 검류센서에서의 전류량 감지와 계량기에서 보내오는 데이터를 가장 우선적으로 저장해야 하는것이다. 이를 위하여, 검류 센서에서의 데이터저장부분과, 계량기에서 보내오는 데이터를 저장하는 부분에, 최대의 사용량에 기준한 버퍼를 마련하여 이러한 작업을 처리하게 하였다.The digital wattmeter having the modular remote meter reading function basically measures the amount of electric power, but has a modular built-in remote meter reading device which is increasing in recent years. 또한 모듈형 원격검침기능을 갖는 디지탈전력량계에서 정확한 데이터를 입력받아 저장하고 있어도 원격지로 이들 데이터를 정확하게 전송하지 못하면 원격검침기능의 가치가 저감할것이다. 이를 위하여 RS485방식의 모듈이나, RF방식의 모듈, 또는 전력선통신방식의 모듈을 통신부에 장착하여, 디지탈전력량계에서 저장하고 있는 데이터를 이들 모듈을 이용하여 원격지로 전송하게 된다. 이들 모듈은 1개 또는 2개씩 장치내에 장착되어 통신 기능을 담당한다. 물론 모듈의 특성에 따라서 통신 유효거리가 달라지므로, 설치장소에 따라서 적절한 방법을 선택하여 사용해야한다.In addition, even if accurate data is received and stored in the digital meter, which has a modular remote metering function, the value of the remote metering function will be reduced if the data is not transmitted to the remote site correctly. 마이크로프로세서(4)는 검류센서(1)를 이용하여 사용 전력양을 검출하고 이를 연산하여 디스플레이부(3)에 표시하고 저장하게 된다. 또한 각종 계량기(13)에서의 데이터를 아날로그/디지탈변환장치(10)를 통하여 검출하고 원버튼(11)이 눌려지면 순차적으로 디스플레이부(3)에 데이터를 표시하고 마이크로프로세서에 저장하게된다. 통신 모듈인 적외선통신부(5), RS485통신부(6), 무선통신부(7), 전력선통신부(8)는 설치장소나 유효 전송거리에 따라서 적절한 모듈을 선택하여 사용한다.The microprocessor 4 detects the amount of power used using the galvanometer sensor 1, calculates the amount of power used, displays it on the display unit 3, and stores it.
