Claims (3)
- 비개착수평굴착방법에 있어,터널의 관통부로 예정되는 양 터널입구의 예측 장소에 2개의 작업구 1,2 (WT1)(WT2)를 구성하고, 작업구 1(WT1)에는 추진관 굴착장비(AVT)를 설치하고, 작업구 2(WT2)에는 빠이롯드 굴착장비(BM)를 설치하는 제 1단계 작업공정과,추진관굴착장비(AVT)가 설치된 작업구 1 (WT1)과 반대측에 구성된 작업구 2(WT2)에 설치된 빠이롯드굴착기(BM)로서 로드(L)를 통해 작업구 1과 작업구 2를 관통하는 소구경터널(T1)을 굴착하는 제 2단계 작업공정과,작업구 1(WT1)에 관통된 로드(L)의 선단을 추진관선단의 커터헤드(CH)와 결합하는 제 3단계 작업공정과,전방에 로드(L)가 결합된 커터헤드(CH)가 추진관굴착장비(AVT)에 의해 미리 굴착된 로드(L)가 있는 소구경인 제1 소구경터널(T1)을 따라 추진관매설용터널 (T2)을 굴착하는 제 4단계 작업공정으로 이루어진 빠이롯드굴착공법을 이용한 비개착수평굴착방법.
- 비개착수평굴착장치에 있어,터널의 관통부로 예정되는 양 터널입구의 예측 장소에 2개의 작업구 1,2 (WT1)(WT2)를 구성하고, 작업구 1(WT1)에는 추진관 굴착장비(AVT)를 설치하고, 작업구 2(WT2)에는 빠이롯드 굴착장비(BM)를 설치하는 장치와,추진관굴착장비(AVT)가 설치된 작업구 1(WT1)과 반대측에 구성된 작업구 2(WT2)에 설치된 빠이롯드굴착기(BM)로서 로드(L)를 통해 작업구 1과 작업구 2를 관통하는 1차 소구경터널(T1)을 굴착하는 장치와,작업구 1(WT1)에 관통된 로드(L)의 선단을 추진관선단의 커터헤드(CH)와 결합하는 장치와,전방에 로드(L)가 결합된 커터헤드(CH)가 추진관굴착장비(AVT)에 의해 미리 굴착된 로드(L)가 있는 소구경인 제1터널(T1)을 따라 추진관매설용터널 (T2)을 굴착하는 장치로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 빠이롯드굴착공법을 이용한 비개착수평굴착장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 커터헤드(CH)는 중앙에 헤드결합부(20)가 구비되어 로드(L)의 선단을 결합하도록 구비된 것을 특징으로하는 빠이롯드굴착공법을 이용한 비개착수평굴착장치.
