Description
The present invention relates to the improvement of the electric ondol panel, and in particular, to prevent deformation such as the panel off or warping due to the load during use, so that the surface of the constructed floor is always kept flat and at the same time as the electric ondol panel Since far infrared rays beneficial to the human body can be emitted.
In general, the use of an electric heating panel as a heating means that can be easily installed on the floor of a residential space is common, and the schematic structure of the electric heating panel is configured as shown in FIG.
That is, the bent portion 21 is formed by bending each rim of the iron plate 20 having a thickness of about 0.5 to 0.7 T, and zigzag-bashing the heating wire 30 at equal intervals on the inner bottom of the iron plate 20. Taping (31) so that the hot wire 30 is integrally adhesively fixed to the inner bottom surface of the iron plate 20, and at the same time, the lead wire is also adhesively fixed with a tape to be electrically connected to the hot wire (30).
The iron plate 20 is introduced into a foaming flat machine and then foamed with polywood carbon resin so that the foamed resin 40 is integrally foamed on the inner bottom surface of the iron plate 20.
However, the above-described electric heating panel 10 has the following problems.
That is, the polyurethane resin is foamed to the inner bottom space of the bent iron plate 20 to serve as insulation and pedestal, but in the case of the electric heating panel 10, there is no flexibility.
Therefore, after construction, the foot is delivered by stepping on the upper surface of the electric heating panel 10, and if this phenomenon is continuously repeated, the foamed polyurethane foam is crumbly turned off and at the same time the iron plate is turned off.
This phenomenon is because the bent portion 21 of the iron plate 20 is supported on the edge of the electric heating panel 10 does not occur the phenomenon occurs only in the center portion of the electric heating panel 10 is eventually turned off, the edge portion As a phenomenon occurs that the upside-down is turned upside, there is a disadvantage that the appearance is not beautiful as the traces are formed on the floorboard installed above the electric warm panel 10, and the broken polyurethane foamed resin 40 is dusted indoors. The problem of polluting the air is caused.
In addition, when the floor to be installed has a lot of moisture on the floor to install the vinyl to block moisture on the floor when the stepped on the edge of the deformed electric ondol panel 10 by the load the cement floor and the electric ondol panel 10 by the load If the bent portion 21 of the steel plate 20 is in contact with each other, and the load is removed, if the dropping operation is repeated, a hole is drilled in the vinyl laid down for moisture blocking, and the foamed wood charcoal resin absorbs moisture, causing a short circuit. There was a problem with what was there.
The present invention is to construct such an electric heating panel in order to correct the problems of the conventional, by preventing the deformation such as the off or bending caused by the step on the foot during use, and at the same time by making the panel and the panel firmly bonded with an adhesive, construction Even after a long period of time, not only the construction traces are displayed on the floorboards installed on the electric heating panel, but also it prevents moisture from absorbing due to the characteristics of the material of the panel, and prevents safety accidents such as short circuits. Far infrared rays and the like that are beneficial to the human body can be emitted.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rubber chip by crushing waste tires in the construction of an electric ondol panel, and mixes the rubber chip with an adhesive, and then puts it in a compression molding machine to form a flat body. On one side of the main body, the heating wire is zigzag, and then the heating plate bonded with tape together with the lead wire is molded in one piece.
At this time, the size of the main body is slightly larger or equal to the size of the normal electric heating panel, and if necessary, a small size main body is constructed so that it can be conveniently laid on the bottom of the bag when installing the electric heating panel, and the size of the heating plate It is configured to be about 10 ~ 20mm shorter than the main body so that the cutting part of the heating plate is not exposed to the outside so that the worker is not injured during handling and construction.
In the practice of the present invention may be used by bonding a material emitting far infrared rays such as ocher, jade, ceramic, charcoal, etc. on the bottom surface of the heating plate.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a perspective view of an electric heating panel 100 to be provided in the present invention, Figure 2 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention is composed of a heating plate 200 and the main body 300.
The configuration of the heating plate 200 is as follows.
That is, the heating plate 200 is typically using a barium iron plate used in the electric hot-panel panel, as shown in Figure 2 on the inner bottom surface of the heating plate 200 zigzag the heating wire 210 and then taped with a tape 211 hot wire 210 is fixed to the inner bottom surface of the heating plate 200, and at the same time the lead wire 220 for supplying electricity to the heating wire 210 is also disposed on one side and then adhesively fixed with a tape 211.
In configuring the heating plate 200 used in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the functional material 230 may be bonded to the remaining space except for a portion where the heating wire 210 and the lead wire 220 are taped.
As the functional cleaning agent 230 used in the above, a material that emits far infrared rays such as jade, ocher, charcoal, ceramic, or the like is used.
The main body 300 is as follows.
That is, the main body 300 used in the present invention is a rubber chip is mixed with an adhesive and then press-molded onto a plate through a molding machine.
The rubber chip is chipped to about 2 to 3mm by crushing the waste tire, and the crushed rubber chip is mixed with the adhesive, but the mixing ratio is mixed in a volume ratio of rubber chip 90 ~ 95: adhesive 5 ~ 10%.
The mixed material as described above is put into a compression molding machine and then compressed to form a main body 300 on a flat plate. At this time, one side of the main body 300 forms a storage chamber 310 in which a passage 311 is formed and the main body ( The size of 300) may be the same as or larger than that of the general electric heating panel used. In the compression molding of the main body 300, the heating plate 200 described above is laid on the bottom mold bottom of the compression molding machine, a rubber chip is put thereon and then pressurized so that the heating plate 200 is integrated when the main body 300 is molded.
In more detail, the means for allowing the main body 300 and the heating plate 200 to be integrated will be described by placing the heating plate 200 on the bottom mold bottom of the compression molding machine, and the portion where the heating wire 210 is taped upward. In the above state, the material mixed with the adhesive and the rubber chip is put on the heating plate 200 and then spread evenly, and the rubber chip is integrated into the plate shape by the adhesive by lowering and compressing the upper mold in the above state. The main body 300 is compression molded, and at the same time, the heating plate 200 is integrally bonded to one side of the main body 300.
At this time, the size of the heating plate 200 bonded to one side of the main body 300 is such that the edge of the heating plate 200 is positioned about 1 to 2 cm from the inside of the main body 300 border, the upper portion of the main body 300 border 1 The 2 cm exposed portion 320 is formed.
In addition, the storage room 310 having the passage 311 is formed at one side of the main body 300, and the contact of the heating wire 210 and the lead wire 220 is formed in the storage room 310 and then the passage 311. To be connected to the lead wire formed on another electric heating panel.
Unexplained reference numeral 312 is an auxiliary cover.
The electric warm panel 100 of the present invention configured as described above is used as laid on the floor to be constructed as in the prior art.
However, the electric ondol panel 100 to be provided in the present invention is a means for applying the adhesive to the side of the main body 300 made of rubber material as an assembly means with the adjacent electric ondol panel 100, so that they are bonded There is no indication even if it is installed.
In particular, the electric heating panel 100 to be provided in the present invention is a compression molding a rubber chip mixed with an adhesive body main body 300 for supporting the heating plate 200 has some flexibility, so even if there are irregularities on the bottom surface As in the prior art, a stable construction is achieved while being in close contact with the floor without rumbling.
In addition, since the main body 300 constituting the electric warm panel 100 is composed of shredded tire rubber chips, even if there is moisture on the floor, the main body 300 does not absorb moisture, so there is no risk of leakage. In addition, long-term use will not cause crushing, turning off and deformation.
In addition, the heating plate 200 is integrally bonded to the upper surface of the main body 300 of the electric heating panel 100 is located about 1 ~ 2cm from the edge of the main body 300, the operator is located on the electric heating panel (100) ) Can be prevented from being injured by the cutout of the heating plate 200 during handling and construction.
In constructing the electric heating panel 100 of the present invention, if necessary, when the adhesive material of the functional material 230, such as jade or ceramic, ocher or charcoal radiation is radiated to the bottom surface of the heating plate 200 Far infrared rays are radiated from the functional material 230 at the time of use of the 100, thereby activating the metabolic function of the human body, thereby helping to promote health.
In particular, the functional material 230 bonded to the bottom surface of the heating plate 200 improves the radiation efficiency of the far infrared rays when heated, thereby further enhancing the efficacy of the functional material 230.
The storage compartment 310 configured at one side of the main body 300 covers the auxiliary cover 312 so that the heating wire 210 and the lead wire 220 are protected while being covered with a grounded ground part. In this case, a separate chamber 310 is provided. The support rod (not shown) may be positioned to prevent the auxiliary cover 312 from being turned off by the load.
As described above, in the present invention, in constructing the electric ondol panel, the main body constituting the electric ondol panel is mixed with an adhesive with a rubber chip crushed with a waste tire and then compression molded to form a plate-shaped main body having a constant thickness. When forming the main body, the heating plate taped with the hot wire and the lead wire is integrally formed so that the electric heating panel can be manufactured and used, so that the off or deformation of the main body can be prevented during use. In addition, since the main body is made of a rubber chip that does not absorb moisture, there is no fear of short circuit during use, and the functional material bonded to the bottom surface of the heating plate enables the radiation efficiency of far infrared rays to be expected.
