상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본고안은 대중교통 손잡이 에 관한 것으로, 먼저 본고안을 이해하기 위하여 나노실버(NANO SILVER)에 대하여 살펴보면 다음과 같은 특징을 가지고 있다. 나노기술 을 이용하여 은(Ag)을 나노화 시키면 강력한 살균력을 가지게 되므로,나노(NANO)상태로 만들어진 은(Ag)은 강력한 항균·살균성 을 가지게 되며, 실제 650가지의 세균 과 바이러스 에도 항균·살균의 효과가 있고, 곰팡이균 에 대해서도 아주 탁월한 효과가 있다는 사실이 연구결과에 의해 입증 되었으며, 고대로마 때부터 인체에 중요한 면역기능을 하는 은(Ag)을 먹기도 하였으며, 나노실버는 염소계열 보다 수십배 강력한 살균력을 가지면서도 인체에는 전혀 무해한 것으로 알려져 있으며, 고대이집트에서는 치료의 목적으로 상처부위에 은(Ag)을 넓게 펼친 얇은 은막을 감쌌다고 하며 각종 염증(구강염·위장염·화상염)에도 아주 강력한 치료효과가 있다는 사실도 보고 되어 있다.본 고안은 위와같은 나노실버의 다양한 특징 중에서 살균성 과 항균성 을 이용하여 많은 사람들이 이용하는 대중교통 손잡이 에 적용 하고자 하는 것으로, 나노실버가 포함된 재료를 이용하여 제조 함으로써 항균·살균력을 통해 세균감염을 방지하여 사용자의 건강을 도모 할수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은나노 대중교통(버스,지하철,전철)손잡이 를 제공 하고자 한다이하 본고안에 의한 은나노 대중교통(버스,지하철,전철)손잡이 를 첨부된 도면을 통해 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다도1의 는 일반적인 대중교통 손잡이 의 모양도 이고, 도1의 는 본고안에 의한 대중교통 손잡이에 나노실버 가 함유된 모양도 이다. 상기 첨부 도면 도1을 참조하면 10 내지 20 나노미터 의 극세입자 은(Ag)이 대중교통 손잡이 재료에 첨가된 양측면이 개방된 원형 및 다각형의 형상을 갖는 항균·살균의 기능을 겸비한 것을 특징으로 한다.가공방법을 보면 통상적으로 사용하는 플라스틱 재료에 나노실버 재료를 공급하여 혼합 및 교반하고 그 결과물 을 사출·성형 등의 공정을 거쳐 통상적인 제조 방법에 의해 가공된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때 재료간 의 조성비 는 은(Ag)용액 을 플라스틱 재료에 0.01%∼49% 까지 중량비 로 배합하거나 PPM으로는 나노실버 2PPM∼998PPM 범위 사이의 어느 하나의 일정한 중량비로 혼합하여 사용하는 것이 바람직 하다한편 다른 실시예에 따르면, 나노실버가 포함된 재료를 이용하여,그외부 표면에 라미네이팅 또는 코팅에 의해 형성된 보호층 을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.In order to achieve the above object, the subject of the present invention relates to a public transport handle.
