본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, EPS보드 고유의 단열효과는 누리면서 아파트와 같은 공동주택의 상, 하층간에 문제가 되는 바닥 충격음을 줄이는 완충재를 제공코자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 위와 같은 충격 완환 완충재로서의 기능을 확보하기 위하여는 기존의 일반적인 EPS보드를 두께의 65±10%까지 중압요철 로울러를 사용하여 3회 눌러 주어 방진효과를 증진시키고, 로울러 드럼의 요철로 인하여 생긴 EPS보드 표면의 요철로 상기 재질 위에 도포되는 경량기포콘크리트의 부착력을 강화할 수 있어 크랙 방지 효과를 거둘 수 있었다. 이와 같은 EPS보드에 관한 고안은 본 고안자가 이미 출원(10-2004-0032864)하여 심사를 기다리고 있어 해당 고안을 참고하면 된다.The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a shock absorbing material to reduce the floor impact sound, which is a problem between the upper and lower floors of apartment houses such as apartments while enjoying the thermal insulation effect of the EPS board.
