본 고안은 다양한 소형의 FRP제품을 생산하는 공법으써 연질필림시트 및 백을 상하형틀(목형.금형.수지형.석고형.등)사이에 놓고 상하형틀을 밀착과 압착(크램프.볼트등 이용)시킨 다음 공기를 이용 가압(5kg/㎠-6kg/㎠)하여 주므로써 형틀내부에서 연질필림이 공기 압에 의해 굴곡 되어진 형상대로 밀착되므로써 여러가지 형상의 성형품을 얻는 장치입니다.The present invention is a method of producing various small size FRP products by placing soft film sheets and bags between upper and lower molds (wooden, mold, resin, gypsum, etc.) and pressing the upper and lower molds tightly and crimping (using clamps, bolts, etc.).
