Description
The present invention relates to a sound absorbing member for mitigating impact and removing noise in a sound insulation system for building. More specifically, the present invention is installed on the floor of a floor of a building (for example, an apartment, a multi-storey house, a multi-purpose complex, etc.) to insulate and upper the floor. The sound absorbing member provided in the sound insulation equipment installed to create a more pleasant environment by blocking the noise pollution from the maximizing the absorption of shock by efficiently absorbing the shock received from the upper layer and effectively removes the noise. It relates to a sound absorbing member of the sound insulation facility for building.
In general, when building a multi-storey building, a sound insulation facility is installed on the floor of the floor for the purpose of eliminating the impact and noise of the upper floor. In general, glass wool or vermiculite is filled or simply foamed resin layer is used.
However, the conventional sound insulation equipment as described above has a cost-effective and difficult installation process, a lot of construction costs and long construction period has had an uneconomical problem.
Utility model registration No. 331854 of the present cause was devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a shape corresponding to the insertion hole in a plurality of upper and lower beam conical insertion holes drilled at regular intervals on the floor surface of the building. By providing a sound insulation member made by adhering a relatively thin plywood or PVC resin top layer to the top of the foamable resin layer fitted with the elastic support. Therefore, it minimizes noise pollution due to heat transfer and load and vibration, thereby reducing thermal energy and providing a more pleasant environment. I could make it.
However, the sound insulation member of the registered utility model No. 331854 of the present cause as described above has the effect of reducing the thermal energy and reducing noise, but the elastic support of the elastic support is weak, which can effectively block the shock and vibration of the load from the upper layer more effectively. There was no problem that the vibration and shock is transmitted to the lower layer has a problem that causes noise pollution in the lower layer.
The present invention is devised to solve the above problems, the object of the present invention is to improve the structure of the elastic support constituting the sound insulation member of the registered utility model No. 331854 of the present cause to sequentially receive the load and impact received from the upper layer It is to provide a sound absorbing member of the building sound insulation equipment to maintain a more comfortable indoor environment by absorbing while mitigating and more completely prevent the transmission of shock and vibration to the lower floor to prevent noise.
The sound absorbing member of the building sound insulation device of the present invention for achieving the object of the present invention as described above is an elastic groove having a constant depth is formed in the upper and lower parts of the body of the upper and lowered elastic material and formed to protrude to a constant length in the outer peripheral edge of the bottom The projection pressure is formed so that the impact pressure added from the upper portion is buffered step by step with the elastic groove and the elastic projection formed in the upper and lower to effectively alleviate the impact so that vibration and noise due to the impact is not generated.
