Abstract

가. 청구범위에 기재된 고안이 속하는 기술분야.
본 고안은 장판지에 관한 것으로 특히 PVC시트와 PET시트를 합지토록 하여 종전의 것에 비하여 향상된 효능을 갖도록 한 것이다.
나. 고안이 해결하려는 기술적 과제.
종래의 바닥깔개로 사용되는 장판지는 PVC를 DOP를 사용하여 성형토록 됨으로 인장강도나 보온성 또는 충격강도와 내한성 또는 발암물질 등의 위험성을 갖기 때문에 위생안정성에 많은 문제제기가 있는 것이다.
다. 고안의 해결방법의 요지.
따라서 본 고안에서는 이러한 문제점의 해소를 위하여 인장강도와 충격강도 위생안정성이 우수한 피이티(PET)를 피브이씨(PVC)시트와 합지토록 하여 종전의 문제점을 개선토록 한 것이다.

본 고안은 건축용의 바닥제로 사용되는 비닐장판에 관한 것으로, 피브이씨(PVC)시트의 상하로 피이티(PET)필름과 PET발포시트를 합지토록 하여 비닐장판의 단점인 내한성과 인장강도나 보온성 과 충격강도 또는 발암물질 등에 의한 위생안정성 등의 문제점을 해소한 것이다.
종래의 비닐장판은 주로 PVC와 DOP를 이용한 압연 성형이고, 이러한 PVC의 비닐장판은 독성에 의한 위생상의 문제점의 제기에도 불구하고 계속적으로 사용되고 있는 이유는 현재 국내에 PVC비닐장판을 생산하는 큰 업체들의 시설들이 모두 PVC에 맞도록 설계되어 있기 때문에 PVC비닐장판만을 생산할 수밖에 없는 것이다.
따라서 비닐장판의 단점으로 지적되는 보온성과 내한성 및 완충성과 치수의 안정성과 충격 및 인장강도의 떨어짐은 물론 발암물질의 발생에도 불구하고 사용되었던 것이다.
또한 이러한 PVC비닐장판에 다양한 무늬가 인쇄된 상태에서 합지되는 필름이 주로 매체의 사용이 없는 PVC필름이기 때문에 겨울철에서 부서지고 쉽게 찢어지게 되는 단점이 있는 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로, PVC시트의 상층에는 이면으로 인쇄층이 형성된 인장력이 우수한 PET필름을 합지토록 하고 PVC하층으로는 내한성과 완충격이 우수한 PET발포시트를 접착제에 의하여 합지토록 함으로서 종래의 문제점을 해소한 것이다.

이하에서는 첨부 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 가장 바람직한 일 실시 예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 주로 본 고안의 구성은 이면으로 인쇄층(2)이 형성된 PET필름(1)과 압연 성형되어진 PVC시트(3) 및 발포성형되어진 PET폼 시트(4)가 PVC시트(3)와 접착제 층(5)에 의하여 합지되어지는 구성이다.
이때 PET로 성형되어지는 투명한 PET시트(1)의 이면에 그라비아 인쇄등의 기법으로 도안하고자 하는 무늬의 인쇄층(2)을 형성하고, 상기 인쇄층(2)에는 인쇄잉크에 반인더 등의 접착성분을 갖는 것이 합유토록 하여 PVC시트(3)와 합지될 경우에 별도의 접착제가 필요없이 접착토록 하였다.
또한 PVC시트(3)의 하층에 접착제 층(5)에 의하여 접착되어지는 PET발포 폼(4)층은 PET의 우수한 강도와 인장력과 내한성은 물론 완충력에 의하여 훼손되어지지 않고 완충력이 우수함으로서 상층에서 하층으로 전달되는 소음의 진동을 방지하게 되는 것이다.
이때 합지방식으로는 낱장으로 프레스 공법에 의하여 합지토록하거나 히팅수단을 갖는 로라의 합지수단을 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
이때 사용되는 인쇄잉크는 합지 시에 열에 의한 변색이 되지 않토록 가공되어야 하는 것이고, 이러한 잉크는 당업계에서는 일반적인 사항이다.
또한 PET필름(1)과 합지되어지는 PVC시트(3)는 PET폼(4)과 적당한 두께로 형성되어 완충력을 우수하게 하는 것이고 이러한 두께는 사용용도에 따라 다양하게 변화될 수 있는 것이다.
따라서 이와 같이 합지되어진 비닐장판은 인쇄되어진 상층의 PET필름(1)에 인쇄가 이면인쇄에 의한 것이기 때문에 PVC시트(3)의 인장력 저하와 치수의 불안정성을 해소할 수 있는 것이고, 위생안정성도 도모하게 되는 것이다.
또한 인장력과 내한성이 우수함으로 쉽게 부러짐이나 찢어짐이 발생되지 않는 것이고 상하층의 PET필름(1)과 PET폼층(4)의 두께로 인하여 더욱더 찢어짐이 발생되지 않는 것이다.
또한 PVC시트(3)의 하층에 합지되어지는 PET발포 폼(4)층은 우수한 강도로 인하여 바닥면에 그대로 밀착토록 할 경우에도 손상이 발생되지 않는 것이고, 완충력의 증가로 충격등에 의하여도 파열이나 소음진동이 하층으로 전달되는 것을 막을 수 있는 것이다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 고안은 PET필름의 이면에 형성된 인쇄층에 의한 인쇄층의 보호와 인장력이 강한 PET필름에 의하여 부러짐과 찢어짐을 해소하게 되고 PVC시트의 상하로 PET필름과 PET발포 폼층이 합지되어짐으로 위생상의 문제점이 해소되어지는 것이다.

  1. 압연성형되어진 PVC시트의 상층으로는 이면으로 접착성분을 갖는 인쇄층이 형성된 PET필름과 합지되어지고, 하층으로는 발포성형되어진 피이티(PET)폼 시트가 피브이씨(PVC)시트와 접착제에 의하여 합지되어짐을 특징으로 하는 비닐장판.
