Abstract

본 고안은 식모층 표면에 칼라 무늬가 전사된 필름 원단에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 여러 가지 색상으로 조성된 무늬 제품의 필름 원단을 얻기 위해 폴리우레탄 필름의 표면에 칼라 무늬의 전사 방식 또는 인쇄 방식이 공지된 바 있으나, 이러한 방식으로 만들어진 제품들은 시간이 경과함에 따라 태양광과 수분 등으로 인해 탈색되는 폐단이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로 이의 고안 요지는 습식 또는 건식으로 제조된 폴리우레탄 합성피혁 또는 폴리우레탄 필름(1)의 표면에 접착제를 도포하여서 된 접착층(2)에 패트 (PET : 폴리에스텔 탈레프 텔레이트) 재질의 절단사를 식모(flocking)하여 식모층(3)을 형성하되, 이 식모층(3)에는 다양한 칼라의 무늬가 전사된 것으로, 이를 사용할때는 필름원단의 뒷면에 천이나 가죽을 접착시키면 촉감이 좋고, 칼라무늬가 선명한 의상지 또는 신발, 핸드백 및 스포츠 용품등의 원단이 되는 것이다.

본 고안은 식모층 표면에 칼라 무늬가 전사된 필름 원단에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 표면에 다양한 칼라 무늬가 있는 신발이나 백, 핸드백 제품 등을 생산하기 위하여서는 폴리 우레탄 필름(또는 합성피혁)의 표면에 칼라 무늬를 전사 또는 인쇄하는 방법을 이용하고 있었으나, 이와 같은 방법으로 생산된 제품들은 시간이 경과함에 따라 햇빛과 물기 등에 의해 쉽게 탈색되는 폐단이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로서 이의 고안 요지는 습식 및 건식으로 제조된 폴리우레탄 합성 피혁 또는 폴리우레탄 필름(1)의 표면에 접착제를 도포하여서 된 접착층(3)에 폴리에스텔 텔레프탈레이트 (PET) 재질의 절단사를 식모한 식모층(3)을 형성하되, 이 식모층(3)에는 다양한 색상과 무늬의 전사지로 열전사한 전사 무늬(3a)가 조성되게 한 것이다.

이를 도면에 의거하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
습식 또는 건식으로 제조된 폴리우레탄 합성 피혁 또는 폴리우레탄 필름(1)의 표면에 접착제를 도포하여서 된 접착층(2)에 폴리에스텔 텔레프탈레이트(PET) 재질의 절단사(3)를 식모(flocking)하여 식모층(3)을 형성하되, 이 식모층(3)에는 다양한 무늬와 색상으로 된 전사 필름지를 접하여 200∼230℃의 열로 압착전사함으로서 전사 무늬(3a)가 조성된 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 식모층 표면에 칼라 무늬가 전사된 필름 원단인 바, 표면은 식모층(3)으로 되어 있어 종래의 원단에 비하여 촉감이 좋고, 조성된 칼라 무늬는 전사 무늬(3a)로 되어 있어, 형상이 선명하여 장기간 사용시에도 탈·변색되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 이 필름 원단의 뒷면에 천을 접착시키면 의상지로 사용 할 수 있고 가죽을 접착시키면 신발, 핸드백 또는 스포츠 용품 등의 원단으로 사용이 가능하다.
상기와 같이 본 고안은 필름(1)의 표면에 접착층(2)을 개재하여 식모(flocking)된 식모층(3)에 다양한 칼라 전사 무늬(3a)가 조성 되게 하였기 때문에 촉감이 좋으며 무늬가 선명하고 장시간 사용하여도 탈색이 되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 필름 원단의 뒷면에 천이나 가죽을 접착시키면 의상지 및 신발, 핸드백, 운동용구 등의 원단으로 사용할 수 있어 매우 실용적이다.

  1. 폴리 우레탄 합성 피혁 또는 폴리우레탄 필름(1)의 표면에 접착제를 도포하여 형성된 접착층(2)에 폴리에스텔 텔레프탈레이트(PET) 재질의 절단사가 식모(flocking)된 식모층(3)을 형성하되, 이 식모층(3)에는 다양한 색상의 전사 무늬(3a)가 조성됨을 특징으로 한 식모층 표면에 칼라 무늬가 전사 된 필름 원단.
