Claims (7)
- 외주벽과, 상기 외주벽의 내측에 배치된 격벽과, 상기 격벽에 의해 구획되며 축 방향으로 관통되는 다수의 유통 구멍을 갖는 복수의 하니컴 세그멘트가 일체화되어 이루어지는 하니컴 구조체로서, 상기 하니컴 구조체의 축 방향에 대한 수직 단면에 있어서, 다른 하니컴 세그멘트에 인접하는 상기 외주벽의 최외측의 점을 따른 직선에 대한 격벽의 각도가 25∼65°의 범위인 하니컴 세그멘트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하니컴 세그멘트의 상기 단면에 있어서의 상기 유통 구멍의 형상은 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하니컴 구조체의 중앙부에 배치되어 있는 하니컴 세그멘트의 하나 이상은 상기 각도가 25∼65°의 범위인 하니컴 세그멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하니컴 세그멘트는 탄화규소 또는 규소-탄화규소 복합 재료를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하니컴 구조체의 70 체적% 이상은 상기 단면에 있어서의 단면적이 900 ㎟∼10000 ㎟인 하니컴 세그멘트로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하니컴 세그멘트에 있어서의 소정의 유통 구멍의 개구부는 한 단부면에 있어서 막혀 있고, 나머지 일부의 유통 구멍의 개구부는 다른 단부면에 있어서 막혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하니컴 세그멘트에 있어서의 소정의 유통 구멍의 개구부는 한 단부면에 있어서 막혀 있고, 나머지 전부의 유통 구멍의 개구부는 다른 단부면에 있어서 막혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니컴 구조체.
