Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a stator fixing structure of a reciprocating motor, and more particularly, to a stator fixing structure of a reciprocating motor that can firmly bind a single stator core.
In general, a reciprocating motor is a modified magnetic field of the three-dimensional motor (Magnet Field) in the shape of a flat plate, the mover assembly as a plate is also placed on the stator assembly is also flat plate to move in a straight line according to the change in the magnetic field.
Such a reciprocating motor is also known to have a cylindrical shape in which a stator assembly and a movable assembly are formed in a cylindrical shape in addition to a flat plate type. The cylindrical reciprocating motor separates the stator assembly into an outer stator and an inner stator, and mounts a winding coil on either side. Further, the movable assembly is disposed between the outer stator and the inner stator, and the magnet assembly is attached to the movable assembly so as to form a flux of the winding coil.
1 and 2 are half cross-sectional views showing a conventional reciprocating motor on the side and front, respectively.
As shown in the drawing, a conventional reciprocating motor includes a stator assembly 10 that forms a flux and a mover assembly 20 that reciprocates according to the flux of the stator assembly 10.
The stator assembly 10 is formed by stacking a plurality of thin stator cores 11a into a cylindrical shape and stacking a plurality of outer stators cores 12a and a thin stator core 12a. The inner stator 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape and is disposed with a predetermined gap inside the outer stator 11 and press-fitted into an outer circumferential surface of a cylinder (not shown) or an outer circumferential surface of a frame (not shown).
The mover assembly 20 has a mover body 21 arranged to move between the outer stator 11 and the inner stator 12 and the mover body so as to correspond to the winding coil C of the stator assembly 10. Magnets 22 mounted at equal intervals on the outer circumferential surface of the 21 and a cylindrical ring formed to surround the magnets 22 to be pressed or bent or welded to the outer circumferential surface of the magnets 22, (fixed) Poems).
The process of assembling the outer stator in the conventional reciprocating motor as described above is as follows.
As shown in FIG. 3, a single sheet of stator core 11a is inserted into the winding coil C to be stacked in a cylindrical shape, and after the stacking, the positions of the respective stator cores 11a are displaced or the sheet of stator cores 11a is driven when the motor is driven. The two sides of each stator core 11a are welded together to bind each other so that the bumps do not collide with each other.
In addition, the inner stator 12, like the outer stator 11, stacked each stator core 12a in a cylindrical shape, and then welds both sides to bind the stator cores 12a to each other.
In the assembled reciprocating motor, when a current is applied to the winding coil C of the outer stator 11, a flux is formed around the winding coil C, and thus the path of the outer stator 11 and the inner stator 12 ( A magnetic field is formed in the shape of a 'closed loop' along the path, and the magnets 22 of the movable assembly 20 are placed in the magnetic field to interact with the flux of the winding coil C. The mover body 21 was reciprocated in a straight line while being pushed or pulled along the flux direction of (C).
However, in the conventional reciprocating motor as described above, when the welding force is strong, such as an electron beam, during the welding after laminating the single stator cores 11a and 12a, the binding force between the stator cores 11a and 12a is applied. Is strong while the stator cores 11a and 12a may be deformed due to high heat. On the contrary, when the welding force is weak, such as laser welding, the stator cores 11a and 12a are less deformed while the respective stator cores 11a are deformed. (12a) is open and the binding force is weakened, which may cause the motor to be removed during assembly or driving.
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the stator fixing structure of the conventional reciprocating motor as described above, and the stator of the reciprocating motor that can firmly bind each stator core even with low welding heat by expanding the welding area It is an object of the present invention to provide a fixed structure.

In order to achieve the object of the present invention, by stacking a plurality of thin stator cores in a cylindrical shape to arrange the outer stator and the inner stator with a certain gap, and to install a winding coil on either side of the flux stator between the two stator A stator assembly and a plurality of thin stator cores are stacked in a cylindrical shape so as to be movable between the outer stator and the inner stator, and have a magnet to reciprocate linearly according to the flux of the stator assembly. In the reciprocating motor, each stator core of the outer stator or the inner stator has at least one or more bent protrusions formed on the side thereof to stack the respective stator cores, and then to make contact with the neighboring stator cores by folding the stator cores. Next, the side of the bent portion and the neighboring stator cores Provides a stator fixing structure of a reciprocating motor, it characterized in that the coupling parts in mutual welding folded eumdol.
EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the stator fixing structure of the reciprocating motor by this invention is demonstrated in detail based on one Example shown in an accompanying drawing.
Figure 4 is a perspective view showing the assembly process of the outer stator in the reciprocating motor of the present invention, Figure 5 is a front view showing the assembly process of the outer stator in the reciprocating motor of the present invention step by step.
As shown in the figure, the outer stator 110 of the reciprocating motor according to the present invention stacks hundreds of thin stator cores 111 in an annular winding coil C to form a cylindrical shape.
In FIG. 4, 111 shows the stator core constituting the outer stator 110 from the front, and the stator core 111 has one formed in a "c" shape, or two of "a" and "inverse a" letters. The two stator cores are combined to form a "c" shape, and at least one or more bent portions 111a are formed on both outer surfaces of the opening side of the stator core 111 by sheet metal work.
The bent portion 111a is formed to have a length that is in contact with the side surface of the neighboring stator core 111 when overlapped or overlaps the bent portion 111a of the neighboring stator core 111.
In addition, the bent portion 111a is preferably formed in a "trapezoid" or "semi-circle or semi-ellipse" so that the bent portion is not at least smaller than the other end so as to prevent breakage when bending. When it is wide, it is possible to make the broken line relatively narrow so that it can be easily bent.
In addition, the angular protrusion 111a may be formed at the central portions of both sides of the stator core 111 to increase the binding force. However, when the plural protrusions 111a are formed at the upper and lower sides of the stator core 111, the stator core 111 may be formed in particular. In the case of forming the ruler and the "reverse" letter, it is preferable to form the above-mentioned bent portion 111a on the side of the horizontal end or the vertical side corresponding to the end of the horizontal part so as to bind the horizontal end.
The process of assembling each stator core using the stator fixing structure of the reciprocating motor of the present invention as described above is as follows.
As shown in FIG. 5, the stator core 111 is stacked side by side in the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the winding coil (or bobbin having the winding coil) C to form a cylindrical outer stator 110. do.
Next, the bent portions 111a provided on both sides of each stator core 111 are bent in the same direction by using a press or the like. At this time, each of the bent portions 111a overlaps both sides of the neighboring stator cores 111 or the bent portions 111a to fill the gap t between the two stator cores 111.
Next, the bent portions 111a are welded to each other by using a welder with weak welding heat, such as laser welding.
On the other hand, when there is a modification to the stator fixing structure of the reciprocating motor according to the present invention is as follows.
That is, in the above-described example, each of the bent portions 111a is folded and welded in the same direction irrespective of the number of the bent portions 111a, but the present modification is one of the stator cores 211 as shown in FIG. A plurality of bent portions 211a and 211a are formed on the side surfaces thereof, and the respective bent portions 211a and 211a are folded in opposite directions to each other to the bent portions 211a and 211a of the neighboring stator cores 211. Although not shown in the drawings, but one or more bent projections may be formed on both sides of each stator core, but the bent portions on both sides may be bent in different directions to be welded to the bent portions of the opposite neighboring stator cores.
In this case, since each stator core 211 is welded to both stator cores 211, the binding force can be increased accordingly.
In this way, while welding at low temperatures during welding of each stator core, the welding area can be increased, thereby preventing the deformation of each stator core due to the heat of welding, while increasing the binding force. In addition, it is possible to prevent the stator core from shifting or shaking when the motor is driven.
Although the present embodiment has been described with respect to the outer stator, the effect is the same even if applied to the inner stator.
The stator fixing structure of the reciprocating motor according to the present invention forms a bent portion on both sides of a single stator core, and when the respective stator cores are stacked, the bent portions are folded toward the neighboring stator cores and welded to the bent portions by welding. As a result, the welding area is increased during welding of each stator core, and welding is performed at a low temperature, thereby preventing the deformation of each stator core due to the heat of welding, while increasing the binding force.
