Abstract

PURPOSE: A recovery device of exhaust gas heat and solvent in an industrial laundry-cleaning drier is provided to reduce energy consumption by recovering heat of exhaust gas with exchanging heat of external air, to eliminate harmful components from exhaust gas by condensing exhaust gas, and to reuse the solvent by separating oil from water. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(3) is arranged in the upper part of a casing(1), and connected to an exhaust duct(27) of a drier(21). A heat exchanger(5) is arranged in the lower part of the inlet to exchange heat of exhaust gas and external air from an external air intake port(7). A cooling coil(9) is arranged in the lower part of the heat exchanger, and condensate from exhaust gas is dropped and collected to an oil and water separator(15) in the lower part of the cooling coil by cooling exhaust gas through the heat exchanger with the cooling coil.
