Description

도시철도차량용 사이드프레임{side frame use for electric train}Side frame use for electric train

The present invention relates to a side frame for an urban railway vehicle, and more particularly, in forming an extrusion member for forming a side frame of an urban railway vehicle, each extrusion member is extruded by reducing the number of members by having the same dimensions and shapes It is possible to minimize the cost, and to form a zigzag connection to the side frame for urban railway vehicles to have rigidity and strength together with preventing damage to the base material.

In general, the importance of urban railway used as a means of transportation is increasing as the number of people gradually increases, and it is being constructed or operated in many large cities.

Conventionally, the vehicle operated by urban railway used a vehicle made of general steel, but due to the problems of high self load and corrosion, stainless steel was used. Vehicles using such stainless steel also increase vehicle weight. Due to the problem of excessive power cost and track repair cost, the vehicle body using aluminum extrusion member has been widely used in recent years.

Thus, in the existing urban railway vehicle using the aluminum extrusion member, the side frame is formed by connecting the extrusion member having different dimensions and shapes between the underframe and the pentrail of the roof frame, the side frame acts on the vehicle This requires a structure capable of supporting vertical and horizontal loads, so large extrusion materials are used.

However, in the conventional side frame 100, as shown in Figure 1, the extrusion members 110, 120, 130, 140, 150 are divided into a plurality (five) of different shapes and dimensions, respectively, the mold cost and manufacturing time for molding the extrusion member is In addition to a lot of problems and a lot of manufacturing work required for the work was a problem that takes a lot of production time and cost.

In addition, the conventional side frame 100 is to take a structure that can be welded in the same width direction when the member and the member joint, as shown in enlarged in Figure 1, this connection portion 160 is the same damage to the base material due to welding Since it appears in the width direction, the thickness of the member is designed to solve the problem as the defect of the connection portion and the base material is weakened by the heat effect, so that the weight of the vehicle increases, so that the shape of each member has a straight shape Since the angle is generated when the member and the member is connected, the appearance was not beautiful.

Thus, the present invention was devised to solve the general problems of the side frame of the conventional urban railway vehicle described above,

An object of the present invention is to form an extrusion member for forming the side frame of the urban railway vehicle, each extrusion member to have the same dimensions and shapes to minimize the extrusion cost by reducing the number of members, zigzag connection portion It is to provide a side frame for an urban railway vehicle to prevent the damage to the base material to have stiffness and strength, as well as to enhance the appearance of the appearance.

상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적인 수단으로는;As a specific means of the present invention for achieving the above object;

In the side frame for urban railway vehicles having a hollow cross-sectional area of the trust structure, the connection is formed by welding the connecting portions of a plurality of aluminum extrusion members,

Although the dimensions and shape of the aluminum extrusion member are formed in the same shape, each extrusion member has a curved surface with the same curvature, and is implemented by having a side frame for an urban railway vehicle in which a coupling piece of a connecting portion is formed as a zigzag structure.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

2 is an overall configuration diagram of a side frame according to the present invention.

As shown in the drawing, the side frame according to the present invention is formed by welding a connection part of each extruded member having a hollow cross section of a trust structure.

Here, the side frame 1 of the present invention is a plurality of extruded members as shown in Figure 2 (first, 2, 3, 4, 5 extruded members (11, 12, 13, 14, 15 to help the understanding of the present invention) Each extruded member has the same dimensions and shape, and is continuous in the longitudinal direction to fit a length (typically 20-meter vehicles are used) in urban railway vehicles. Being extruded,

Each of the extruded members 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 may have curved surfaces of the same curvature, and both ends are provided with an installation portion 16 as shown in FIG. 2.

At this time, the installation portion 16 is to place the coupling pieces 161, 161 'in a zigzag form in order to minimize the defect of the welding portion during welding, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG.

This is designed in a zigzag form with a spacing at the position where the coupling pieces 161 and 161 'are formed as much as the dimensions in consideration of the thermal effect of welding the end joints of the extruded members.

On the other hand, in the first, second, third, fourth, fifth extruded members (11, 12, 13, 14, 15), the fifth extrusion member (15) coupled to the roof frame has a shorter length than the other extruded members. The fifth extrusion member 15 may be molded by cutting the first, second, third, and fourth extrusion members 11, 12, 13, and 14 having the same dimensions and shapes and forming the installation portion at the end. It is also possible to have an additional mold for extrusion molding.

Accordingly, the side of the present invention formed by welding the respective installation portions 16 of the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth extrusion members 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 having the same dimensions and shapes as described above. As shown in FIG. 2, the frame 1 has improved self-looking as each extruded member has a curved surface of the same curvature, as well as an assembling operation can be performed smoothly, and in particular, to minimize defects in the welding area By forming the negative coupling pieces in a zigzag form, the base material can be prevented from being weakened by the heat effect, and the weight of the vehicle body can be reduced by providing sufficient strength and rigidity.

As described above, the side frame for urban railway vehicles according to the present invention can reduce the number of members by having the same dimensions and shapes, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost (extrusion cost),

In addition, each extruded member has a curved surface of the same curvature, it is possible to perform a smooth assembly work has the effect of reducing the manufacturing work.

On the other hand, it is possible to minimize the damage of the base material during welding by placing the connecting portion in a zigzag form, has the advantage of having sufficient rigidity and strength.
