Claims (3)
- 표면에 용융아연이 부착된 용융도금강판을 냉각하는 용융도금강판 냉각장치에 있어서,상기 용융도금강판의 길이방향으로 설치된 박스와, 상기 박스의 내부와 연통되도록 상기 용융도금강판의 길이방향으로 설치된 쿨러와, 상기 쿨러의 상부에 설치되어 냉각수를 분사하는 냉각수노즐과, 상기 냉각수노즐로부터 분사된 냉각수를 제거하도록 상기 용융도금강판에 에어를 분사하는 에어노즐과, 상기 에어노즐에 의해 제거된 냉각수를 포집하여 배출하는 냉각수박스, 상기 쿨러를 제어하도록 설치된 제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융도금강판의 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 쿨러는 상기 용융도금강판의 길이방향으로 슬롯이 형성된 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 내부에 삽입되어 회전함에 따라 상기 케이싱 슬롯의 개도가 조절되어 공기유량이 제어되는 공기조절튜브와, 상기 공기조절튜브의 양측에 공기조절튜브가 회전 가능하도록 설치되는 튜브고정판과, 상기 튜브고정판에 고정 설치되어 상기 공기조절튜브를 회전시키는 모터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용용도금강판의 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은 상기 쿨러에 설치되어 상기 용융도금강판의 온도를 측정하는 두 개이상의 온도감지센서, 상기 온도감지센서로부터 감지된 온도에 따라 상기 쿨러를 제어하도록 설치된 제어패널로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융도금강판의 냉각장치.
