Abstract

PURPOSE: A device for checking a battery of a hybrid electric vehicle is provided to promptly and conveniently process the maintenance and monitoring of a battery regardless of a connector connected with a separate vehicle by consisting pins in one maintenance connector. CONSTITUTION: A device for checking a battery of a hybrid electric vehicle includes a maintenance connector(110) and a diagnosis unit. The maintenance connector is usually connected with a connector separately prepared in a vehicle system. The maintenance connector is connected with the diagnosis unit in maintenance. The maintenance connector consists of 12 pins(1-12). The diagnosis unit employs a PDS(Panther Diagnosis System). The diagnosis unit connected with the other end of the maintenance connector displays the state of the battery by transmitting and receiving a signal for maintenance and checking.
