Claims (7)
- 입자 및 분말 형태의 탄소 나노소재를 폴리비닐 아세테이트 (PVAc) 및 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 (EVAc)가 도포된 종이 허니컴에 열 및 자외선 경화코팅 처리하고 이의 양 단면에 홀 가공 처리된 섬유상 활성탄소 부직포를 부착한 후 이를 프레임 처리하여 이루어진 공기 정화용 나노 복합 허니컴 필터 및 이의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 극성의 기체상 유기오염원의 제거를 위해 입자 및 분말형태의 탄소 나노소재를 산 및 알칼리 전해액에서 전기화학적 표면처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화용 탄소 나노소재 복합 허니컴 필터 및 이의 제조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 입자 및 분말형태의 탄소 나노소재가 단층 또는 다층벽 탄소 나노튜브, 탄소 나노섬유 및 탄소 나노입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화용 탄소 나노소재 복합 허니컴 필터 및 이의 제조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 입자 및 분말형태의 탄소 나노소재를 산 및 알칼리전해액에서 25 내지 250V의 전압 및 1.0 내지 5.0 A의 전류세기로 전기화학적 표면처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화용 탄소 나노소재 복합 허니컴 필터 및 이의 제조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 입자 및 분말형태의 탄소 나노소재를 산 및 알칼리전해액에서 1 내지 10분 동안 전기화학적 표면처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화용 탄소 나노소재 복합 허니컴 필터 및 이의 제조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 입자 및 분말형태의 탄소 나노소재에 표면처리하는 산성 전해액이 인산 (H3PO4), 황산 (H2SO4), 질산 (HNO3) 및 염산(HCl)등의 루이스 산 전해용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화용 탄소 나노소재 복합 허니컴 필터 및 이의 제조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 입자 및 분말형태의 탄소 나노소재에 표면처리하는 알칼리성 전해액이 수산화 나트륨 (NaOH), 염화 나트륨 (NaCl), 암모니아용액 (NH3)등의 루이스 염기 전해용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화용 탄소 나노소재 복합 허니컴 필터 및 이의 제조방법
