본 고안은 불연성 무기질 첨가제를 첨가하여 제조한 난연성 발포수지 및 불연 코팅 처리된 종이 허니컴의 복합구조 심재와 불연성 발포액으로 코팅 처리된 섬유, 목재, 종이 단독 혹은 2종 이상을 조합하여 이루어진 불연성 시트를 복합구조 심재 양면에 부착하여 이루어진 경량이면서 흡·차음성 및 단열성이 우수하며 화재시 우수한 내화·차염성능 및 유독가스 발생이 적은 복합구조의 기능성 내·방화 복합패널을 제조하였다.The present invention is a non-combustible sheet made of a composite structure of a flame retardant foam resin and a non-flammable coated paper honeycomb prepared by adding a non-flammable inorganic additive and a fiber, wood, paper alone or a combination of two or more types coated with a non-flammable foam liquid. 본 고안은 아파트, 빌딩, 공장 등의 건축물의 구조체로서 방화문 및 방화패널에 관한 것으로, 경량이면서도 흡·차음성 및 단열성이 우수하며 화재시 우수한 내화·차염성능 및 유독가스 발생이 적은 복합구조의 기능성 내·방화 복합패널에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a fire door and a fire protection panel as a structure of an apartment, a building, a factory, etc., and has a light weight, excellent sound absorption, sound insulation, and heat insulation, and excellent fire / flame resistance and low toxic gas in a fire. 일반적인 기존의 내·방화 패널은 석고보드를 삽입하거나 종이 허니컴 셀 내부를 유리섬유나 락 울, 미네랄 울 등의 무기질 섬유를 충진시킨 구조로 이루어져 있다. 그러나 이러한 패널은 석고보드 및 무기질 섬유 심재 소재의 가격이 비싸며 환경 및 인체에 대한 유해성과 단열특성이 떨어지며, 특히 중량이 무거워 작업성 또한 좋지 않다. 또 다른 형태로서 난연 첨가제를 첨가한 폴리우레탄, 폴리이미드및 폴리에틸렌 발포수지 등을 단독 삼재로 하여 방화문 및 방화패널로 제조한 경우 화재시 착화점이 낮아 차염 효과가 크지 않고 유독성 가스의 발생으로 인하여 많은 인명 피해를 초래하는 치명적인 단점이 있다.Conventional fire-resistant panels consist of a gypsum board or a structure filled with inorganic fibers such as glass fiber, rock wool or mineral wool inside a paper honeycomb cell. 따라서 본 고안에 의한 차염 특성이 우수하고 유독가스의 발생이 적으며 단열효과 뛰어난 난연성 발포수지와 우수한 흡·차음 특성을 가지면서 불연성 발포액을 코팅 처리한 종이 허니컴으로 구성된 복합 구조체를 심재로 하며, 불연성 발포액으로 코팅 처리된 섬유, 목재, 종이 단독 혹은 2종 이상을 조합하여 이루어진 불연성 시트를 심재 양면에 부착시켜 화재 발생시 화염의 전파와 열의 전달을 차단하게 하였다. 또한 심재의 허니컴 셀 구조 및 발포수지의 기공구조에 의한 우수한 흡·차음 효과로 경량이면서 방음효과가 뛰어난 기능성 내·방화 복합패널을 제조하고자 하였다.Therefore, the composite material is composed of a composite structure composed of paper honeycomb coated with a non-flammable foam liquid having excellent flame retardancy characteristics, low generation of toxic gases, excellent thermal insulation effect, and excellent sound absorption and sound insulation.
