본 고안은 산소절단기의 산소호스(6)와 아세틸렌호스(8)에 대한 새로운 고안에 관한 것이다. 종래의 산소절단기는 산소호스(6)와 아세틸렌호스(8)가 나란히 붙어있다. 산소절단 작업 시 불똥, 절단 된 쇄 조각, 쓰다버린 용접봉, 예리한 모서리 등에 의해 산소호스(6)와 아세틸렌호스(8)가 파손되어 아세틸렌가스가 누출되어 가스폭발과 화재의 위험성이 대두되어 왔다. 이러한 문재 점을 해결코자 본 고안은 이중관호스로서 산소가 통과하는 호스안쪽으로 아세틸렌호스(8)가 삽입되고, 산소호스(6) 바깥쪽은 보호막으로 코일스프링(4)이 감겨있다. 본 고안을 채택함으로서 1차적 보호막인 코일스프링(4)이 산소 호스(6)를 보호하고, 2차적으로는 산소호스(6)가 아세틸레호스(8)를 보호하고 있으므로, 산업현장의 안전에 크게 기여 할 것이다.The present invention relates to a new design for the oxygen hose (6) and acetylene hose (8) of the oxygen cutter.
