Hereinafter will be described in more detail with respect to the relief system of the hydraulic pump according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 is an exemplary view showing a schematic configuration of the opening and closing member and the check valve.
The cross-sectional view displayed between the opening and closing member 400 and the check valve 450 in the drawing illustrates a flow path in which the opening and closing member and the check valve are installed. That is, the branch pipe 310, the first low pressure side flow path 251 and the communication path 350 is provided. First, the opening and closing member will be described, and the opening and closing member 400 is largely composed of a main shaft 401, a packing 402, a spring 403, a first pin 404, and a second pin 405.
As shown, the main shaft 401 has a flange and the oil supplied from the branch pipe acts on the upper surface of the flange to pressurize the main shaft 401. In the main shaft, a packing 402 is inserted into and coupled to a lower surface of the flange, and the packing functions to prevent leakage of oil.
In addition, a spring 403 is abutted on the upper surface of the main shaft 401 and serves to support the main shaft to be moved up and down within a predetermined area. On the other hand, the first pin 404 is formed on the lower side of the main shaft 401 and the second pin 405 is provided on the lower end of the first pin.
The upper end of the first pin 404 is in contact with the lower surface of the main shaft 401 is moved together along the shangdong of the main shaft. The second pin 405 is smaller in diameter than the first pin 401 and is installed in the orifice hole 406 in which the diameter of the communication path 350 is reduced. At the lower side of the orifice hole 406, the ball of the check valve 450 is blocked to the inlet.
The ball is supported by a spring and the lower end of the second pin 405 is in contact with the ball. When the main shaft 401 is lowered, the first pin 404 and the second pin 405 are also simultaneously lowered to push the ball downward to open the orifice hole 406.
Hereinafter will be described the operating principle of the relief system of the hydraulic pump according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, when the pressure of 150 Kg / cm 2 is generated in the branch pipe 310 and the first low pressure side flow path 251, the opening / closing member 400 operates to open the check valve 450. When the first hydraulic pump is operated, oil is supplied to the high pressure side flow path 150, the second low pressure side flow path 252, and the first low pressure side flow path 251, and the first low pressure side flow path 251 receives only pressure. State is achieved. In addition, the oil is supplied to the branch pipe 310 formed on the main flow path 300 to act on the pressure.
When a pressure of 150 Kg / cm 2, which is a set value, is generated in the branch pipe 310 and the first low pressure side flow path 251, the main shaft 401 of the opening / closing member 400 exceeds the spring force of the check valve 450 itself. The force is generated so that the first pin 404 and the second pin 405 are also lowered so that the second pin presses the ball to open the orifice hole 406. When the orifice hole 406 is opened, the oil of the first low pressure side flow passage 404 is immediately discharged to an oil tank (not shown) through the orifice hole. Therefore, when a load of a predetermined pressure or more is generated in the hydraulic pump, the oil discharged through the second low pressure side flow path 252 is reduced and the power required for low pressure generation can be reduced.
The present invention by the configuration as described above, has the effect of increasing the efficiency of the hydraulic pump while reducing the power required to generate low pressure above a certain pressure.
