Abstract

본 발명은 인터넷이나 On Line에서 PKI기반의 인증서를 이용한 고객관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, On/Off Line서비스를 운영하고 있는 기업들이 자사의 고객들을 대상으로 하여 밀접한 관계유지 및 고객관리, 영업활동 등을 보다 효율적으로 운영할 수 있도록 하는 One to One(일대일) 시스템에 관한 것이다.
대부분의 기업들은 자사 고객관리를 위해 신규 및 기존 고객들을 대상으로 많은 마케팅 방법과 도구를 이용하여 정보제공 및 관련 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 특허는 인터넷 등 가상네트웍을 이용하여 이전에 Off-Line에서 제공하던 정보 및 서비스를 On-Line에서 보다 효율적이면서 안전성을 고려한 시스템으로 구현하고자 한다. 또한, 인증서 발급 시 일부{유효 키(key) 값} Data만을 이용한 유효 인증서 생성 방법으로 인증서 발급 시스템이 없는 기관의 고객관리를 위한 인증서 발급 대행 시스템이 가능하다. 본 시스템은 인증서를 이용하여 사용자의 온라인 접속상태 여부 및 해당 고객의 진위여부 확인과 사용자별 서비스 이용 권한 차등 적용이 가능하며, 해당 기업에서 고객에게 전달하고자 하는 각종 정보 및 서비스를 제3자로부터 안전하게 사용자별로 일대일 맞춤 서비스 지원하여 고객에게 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

Description

인증서를 이용한 고객관리시스템{Customer Management System with Certificate}
본 발명은 인터넷이나 On-Line에서 PKI기반의 인증서를 이용한 고객관리 시스템으로서 기업들의 기존 對고객 일반적 마케팅 접근방식 중 고객과의 접점 부문이 되는 E-Mail전송, DM발송, 텔레마케팅, 직접방문 등을 On-Line상에서 인증서를 이용함으로써 보다 과학적이고 체계적인 고객관리와 함께 고객의 신상정보 및 거래정보를 안전하게 제3자로부터의 보호할 수 있다.
본 발명은 인터넷 온라인 사용 인구의 급증에 따른 유용한 온라인 마케팅 방안으로 다양한 고객의 성향과 목적 및 특성에 적합한 맞춤형 원투원(일대일) 마케팅 시스템을 이용하여 해당 고객이 필요로 하는 각종 정보제공 및 이에 대한 의견 및 반응을 실시간으로 관리하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서는기업과 고객간의 메시지 보안과 공개키(Public Key Infrastructure, PKI) 기반의 송신자 인증 서비스를 통해 인증서 발급/관리 시스템을 구성하고, 이를 통해 고객별 차등서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나, 대부분의 기업들은 자체적인 인증서 발급에 있어 기술적/시간적인 제약이 있어 이와 관련한 자체 시스템을 보유하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 발명에서는 [도 1]과 같이 인증서 발급 시 일부{유효키(key) 값} Data를 이용한 인증서 생성 방법으로 인증서 발급/관리 시스템 업무를 대행하여 기업의 인증 확인 시스템을 구성함으로 해당 기업은 별도의 인증 시스템을 보유하지 않고 고객에게 인증 확인 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 상기의 인증 확인 시스템은 인증서의 유효성 검증, CRL 검사, 등급 등을 확인하여 고객 인증서 유효성을 확인하는 절차를 거친다.

본 발명의 적용방법은 정보제공자인 기업이 자신의 정보수신자인 고객들에게 On /Off Line경로를 통해 일대일 마케팅관련 프로그램을 배포하고, 고객이 관련 프로그램을 설치하면 이와 동시에 기업의 해당서비스로 자동 접속하여 고객신상정보 및 자신의 취향과 조건에 맞는 서비스를 등록하는 1단계와 기업이 자신의 서버에 해당 고객정보와 서비스 정보를 등록하고 PKI기반의 인증서를 발급하여 해당 정보수신자(고객)의 PC에 인증서를 자동으로 설치하는 2단계, [도 2]와 같이 해당 고객이 프로그램 설치 후 인터넷 및 각종 On-Line 통신망에 접속하면 PC내의 인증서 정보와 함께 IP접속정보를 해당 기업의 Server로 전송하여 회원인증 및 접속여부(On/Off Check)를 확인하는 3단계, 정보제공자(기업)가 정보수신자(고객)별 접속여부를 확인하여 정보수신자(고객)별로 해당 정보를 제공하는 4단계로 이루어진다.
상기 과정 중 고객의 PC에서 기업의 Server로 제공되는 인증서 정보에는 On-Line상의 고객 접속 정보와 해당 고객의 진위여부 확인 및 인증서의 등급 정보가 포함된다.
본 발명은 기업이 고객에게 제공하는 각종 정보 및 서비스를 인증서를 이용한 인증 확인 시스템으로 통해 처리함으로써, [도 3]의 업무흐름으로 고객은 자신의 취향과 조건에 맞는 서비스를 등록하고 기업은 이를 기초로 해당 고객별로 일대일 맞춤서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 기업은 고객의 온라인 접속상태를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있어 고객이 필요로 하는 정보제공 및 이에 대한 의견과 반응을 실시간으로 관리할 수 있는 기업과 고객간의 핫라인 구축할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
